Very impressed by this company. Good range of products, very reasonably priced and once ordered, it arrived far quicker than we'd anticipated. Will be ordering new radiators from them for the rest of the house :)

Goods delivered in good time and undamaged as items quite heavy but wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box.
Fitting instructions not too good, need to be careful with bracket fitting locations after doing your own measurements.
Silicone bracket cushions have a tendency to move and fall off when lifting and positioning the heavy filled radiator.
Quality looks great.

I have just received my electric heated radiator and whilst on initial inspection it seems to be of reasonable quality, I am disappointed and a bit concerned that the product or information contains no manufactures name, address or contact details. So in the event of a warrantee claim I presume I make through Amazon? Installation instructions are poorly printed and do not include a wiring diagram. Does not inspire confidence I'm afraid.

very poor communication took 4 weeks for delivery and several phone calls just for standard radiators nothing complicated
when promised delivery delivery date arrived it was still awaiting collection from there warehouse

Have now bought three column radiators from this company, each time they have been delivered really quickly. The black one looks amazing and we get loads of good comments about it. Have recommended this company to lots of people as their prices are the best online.

We bought a large column radiator, the largest we could find on the market. Looked beautiful when it arrived but the brackets were very awkward to install compared to two slightly smaller column radiators we'd bought from an alternative supplier. Once installed, the radiator had a pin hole leak and dripped water onto our floor. It took several weeks to replace and the replacement was 3cms different in size so two brackets and one set of pipework had to be moved (going through our beautiful newly plastered walls and original wooden floor). No apology was ever given and there was no offer of any recompense towards the costs of the plumber who had to come out and reinstall. Overall we were very disappointed.
This may sound odd and a bit over the top, but I had the best experience buying from this company. Not only was the price HALF that of any competitor, they sent the items so quickly and so well packed that when they arrived I didn't know what it was because I couldn't believe they arrived so soon!
Great job! Fantastic experience and I would use them again 100%.
Ok, enough of this now, I've got my project to get back to!
next time i would think again about it best to look at the photo on line as paper work was a waste of time so think before you order not sure if i would buy this again the company is ok just the thing i got am not happy with
