Product excellent, Sales Team great… After Sales absolutely awful!
I ordered £2500 worth of Timbertech decking and fixings. Sales Team were great, very knowledgable and quick to respond to my queries and provide advice.
Sadly, some of the order arrived damaged (not the end of the world as these things happen). Despite notifying the company on the day of delivery, further emails to customer support went ignored and it eventually took 2 months to receive a replacement. When fitting, I notified that some of the boards were wider than others. I notified the company who acknowledged my email, promising they would look into the matter ASAP. I haven’t heard back in over 10 days and my chase up email ignored. The Sales Team are very good but unfortunately the company is let down by a poor customer support team and after sales service. This has tainted my overall customer experience otherwise it would be a 5/5 review.
This is a real shame as the product is excellent quality and looks great. I have held off leaving a review hoping the issue would be resolved but sadly this is the case.

Brilliant company!!
I cannot recommend Ruslan and Greensquares enough. From start to finish Ruslan provided me with all the info I needed. I visited his premises to look at the composite decking that I eventually purchased. There was no hard sell with Ruslan, just professional advice given in a very courteous manner. I have recommend him to family and friends and the end result of my project was simply brilliant. The product I purchased was Aged Oak/ weather deck. You don't have to look any further for fantastic, prompt customer service... If I could more than 15 stars I would.. Thank you.

Great service!
We ordered a Timbertech balcony system and Melissa helped us through the whole process and was excellent and went above and beyond the level of service expected (and have experienced elsewhere during our house build). I would certainly use them again.

Poor experience - twice!
I am losing patience with this business. Had a poor experience when ordering my veranda, and they even installed the wrong glass. We were asked to remove our review and promised a better experience when ordering a blind for the veranda. Once again let down. I really would not recommend this company. They have taken my money but not provided the goods yet!

Regarding the installation of your awning, we would like to assure you that we are exerting our utmost efforts. We have consistently communicated updates on the expected delivery of the awning from our supplier. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite the reception of the awning beyond the established timeline set by the supplier.
Now that the awning is in our possession, we have prioritised scheduling an installation date with you to address the matter promptly and efficiently. We are committed to resolving any previous issues, and we are pleased to confirm that the installation is scheduled for November 29th.

First class experience !
Having researched a number of providers of composite decking I decided to go with Greensquare products based largely on their positive reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. The whole experience was flawless from placing the order to the delivery. Melissa and Ruslan were very helpful and knowledgeable and following their advice, I decided on the Deckplus Reversadeck Deckboard Slate Grey/Silver. All I had to do was to provide them with the measurements and they did the rest including working out what fixings I needed. I’m really pleased with the final outcome and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.
