We parked in Derby Bingo sign clearly …

We parked in Derby Bingo sign clearly states you can pay on exit, when we came to exit there was no means to pay. We downloaded the app which only gave you the option to pay for future parking. We paid for our parking in the future. We think there is a fine on the way. There is no wy to contact this company at all - This is a scam

This company are absolutely disgusting

This company are absolutely disgusting, I parked at my place of work (outside a hospital) and several months later I received a parking fine (even though no fine was placed on my car). Even through I proved that I am disabled blue badge holder and that I work there, they refused to remove the fine which appears to go against their fairness rules in relation to appeals. My initial work permit as a disable badge holder lasted for 18 months, yet my renewed apparently only lasted for 3 months, and I did not receive a renewal notification to notify me of this. I have no reason to evade getting a permit as its free of charge to me! Furthermore, the letter that advised that I could have a reduced fine of £30 if I paid within 14 days arrived more than 14 days after the letter was dated, which felt to be intentional!

Using false information to obtain data…

Using false information to obtain data from the DVLA. Using images from two days to claim and over stay of 24 hours. This company should be investigated by the information commissioners office for their fraudulent manner in which they obtain data to make claims against drivers.

Victim of Circumstance

I parked at Waterfields Car Park Watford. I did some shopping and was back in my car well within the 2 hour limit. Unfortunately the car park exit was blocked and the car park jam packed. It took about 40 minutes to move. I was then over the two hour limit. Several days later I received notice of a charge 100 pounds. I explained the situation I was asked for proof of purchase which I provided. I was then asked to pay 20 pounds. I thought this was unjust. I was a victim of circumstances beyond my control. I wanted to end the matter so sent a cheque for 20 pound. However the cheque seems to have got lost. My bank says it has not been cashed. I have been told I now have to pay 100 pounds. I am the victim of circumstance with no control over these events.

BIG TIME SCAM COMING BUNCH OF UGLY PEADO MEN AND EVEN UGLIER FAT WOMEN.
I've tried a million times to appeal but it won't upload the photo if my blue badge. Done it on there Phone app and took picture on THEIR apl and it still says it's to big. So I end up paying. But they don't know who they have tried to extort. Let's see if I pay on not.

Daylight Robert - £60 parking fine for using a free car…

£60 parking fine for using a free car pack at a retail park. Over £4,000 spent in various shops over the busy Xmas period. Have been shopping here for 20 years and wasn't aware of these bent rules.
If you exceed 3 hours you get fined £60. Shopping coupled with attending a restaurant on the same retail park this is very easily to do and I bet many others have been stung.

I have appealed and sent all my receipts as proof of my custom in all the stores but the appeal was rejected.

My resolution now is to pay the fine and never shop at Elk Mill again.

Criminals!

These are criminals! No other words to describe these absolute scumbags! Husband has to go to hospital regularly and pays regularly for parking. Their latest scam is to ask the patient to put their time of arrival in hoping that they may be out by a minute so they can charge them £60. Then when you appeal, they don't acknowledge that you have, so you have to pay, worried that they will charge you even more. When are governing bodies going to clamp down on these scumbags??? Also no way to contact them or speak to a human being! Be wary of these - make sure you know exactly when you arrive at the hospital. Hospitals should make patients aware of the fact that criminals are running their car parks.

PARKING FINE THAT WAS NOT EVEN MY CAR

I got a parking fine on the 30/01/26. They said that I was at the gym group in nottingham at 20.01pm on the 18/01/26 and left at 21.42.

I was doing a 14 hour shift at work in Wigan so then I thought someone had cloned my reg number.

So then contacted the police and they said that they got the first letter of the persons number plate wrong.

I have had to contact the dvla and as caused unnecessary stress when it was not even me. I think they need to sort it out due to getting my personal information when it was not me that was there at the time. Beware people. So bad

Who on earth charges "service fees" on top of the parking charge notice?!?!
£2.50 to pay by cheque or postal order (sounds like age discrimination).
£1.50 to pay online (debit or credit card).
Or 2p/minute plus access fee to pay via the automated telephone number.
Thieving scumbags.

Absolutely hopeless...Chucks more codes at you than necessary and then asks for hospital code or something..Which we don't have..Awful experience for a disabled person who will now have to park and then go to Reception and register...Absolute disgrace

A bogus scamming company

A bogus scamming company who hoped I didn’t have proof of payment. I received this today and have sent them the proof, let’s see what happens next.
There are many people who have had the same experience, luckily my bank statement states otherwise

Cameras fault

I visited a MOTO services twice in one day - on my way to work to get a takeaway coffee, and on my way home from work 12 hours later to buy some takeaway food. I have now received a parking ticket, alleging that I was in the car park for the whole day. Clearly their cameras are faulty. I'm appealing, and I'll go to court rather than pay for something I didn't do.

Awful company making money off patients…

Awful company making money off patients at hospitals who struggle to park. Fined for apparently parking in a staff car park when the signs clearly say patient parking only. Can't believe this hospital allows suchna firm to manage their car parks. Constantly hearing of fines being dished out for absolutely nothing and then your bullied by a horrible letter so pay it or risk it doubling in price even if you try to appeal they don't care and charge you either way. I won't be using this hospital anymore I'll travel further to a decent one with decent parking. I don't know how people who work at Group Nexus sleep at night.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Dont maintain machines.. making money off patients at hospitals... dont answer buzzers. Charge you to exit by logging in online when the machines dont work then still fine you. Poorly sign posted unable to turn arround by the time you see the sign... no where to turn arround to avoid entering carpark.

Group nexus must be investigated

Absolutely disgusting company someone should be investigating them they are literally robbing people.
Long story short parked my car in the gym you have to put registration into a device which I did but they randomly don't pick it up and try charge you £100 it's easy to appeal it but for some reason you still have to pay £20 anyways they tried doing this multiple times then I realised why am I paying £20 every time so I appealed it which they rejected with no real reason because I'm always putting my registration into the device now the charge has gone to £170 and saying I have to go to court.

Predatory and False Claims – Avoid GroupNexus!

My boyfriend received a letter from GroupNexus claiming he stayed at Arun Retail Park for 15 hours. This is a complete fabrication. He only popped into a shop for a few minutes in the evening to return an item before heading straight to his parents' house. Fortunately, we use a tracking app for safety, which proves exactly where he was during that 15-hour window. This company is clearly issuing speculative charges based on faulty data. We will be fighting this all the way with our evidence.

hospital visit for sick 93 yr old mum , didnt park in the pouring rain for fun ,a shop trip or a coffee break .
i have contacted " Rip oFF Britain" this morning .
wont bother to tell the situation , too long but only reason i gave 1 star was due to get this out about this faceless multi named corporate groupnexus. The app was called glide and now its TRUST .
EASE OF PAYEMENT , pay when you leave, good luck LOL . The previous machines dotted around the car park with card only payement was totally sufficient , this camera digital crappy software tech dross thats hard to fathom is 1 step forward and 10 STEPS BACK . they dont have a central number to speak to a agent if your having genuine fee payement probs , Plus if you cant pay within 24 hours they will send YOU A non payement PARKING FINE

Group Nexus are a terrible company, my fine was issues at Shrewsbury Hospital I won’t go into detail of the fine however my advice to anyone who has received a fine from this company and they believe the fine issued is wrong check out ‘Martin money saver’ he has some great advice, I would also advise to contact the hospital direct this maybe a useful way to get your fine cancelled.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars to this bunch of charlatans. We were unlucky to receive a parking charge due to a vehicle breakdown that left us unable to move whilst we waited for a recovery vehicle. We appealed the charge on the understanding that breakdown constitutes extenuating circumstances. Despite providing a breakdown recovery report, as requested, our appeal was then rejected - with no reason given - and we were told there would be no further communication. Disgraceful.
