Excellent service throughout
Staff gave me good advice when I called them, phoned twice to verify delivery times, which was a quick delivery time. Delivery men phoned in advance on the day. Took away my old bed for a very reasonable fee. All round terrific service and will be returning to Grove Bedding if I ever need another purchase.

5 star service
5 star service yet again from Grove Bedding, Newbridge. We took my mum along for a new bed and mattress and Davie was an enormous help to us and made my mum feel completely at ease, trying out the different mattresses. He was very patient, efficient, knowledgeable and kind and his customer service was second to none. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Grove bedding to anyone. It’s a family run business who take great pride in their approach to customers…can’t praise them enough

A Great service from looking in store to delivery
Another great experience with Grove bedding. The staff were great showed us around and we picked out the bed for us.
The End Lift Ottoman Base is a beautiful and very comfortable bed with lots of space for storage along with the Loren Williams king size 2000 tencell mattress.
Thank you to the team at grove and to the delivery guys who were fantastic putting it together.

Excellent service
Excellent service on the phone when I was ordering, and also keeping me informed of delivery. Bed is great value for money and mattress looks comfy for the guests due at Christmas.
My only issue was my fault... I ordered a deep mattress instead of normal size, which I hadn't checked, but after opening the mattress, read that I couldn't return it. Lesson to myself...read the the small print!

The bed we ordered was discontinued so we had to pick a different one. It was cheaper and we are still waiting for a refund.
The matter has now been rectified thanks to Nick and the staff. We are really pleased with the bed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Easy to order but pillow is hard
Quick and easy to order and arrived in good time. However this latex pillow is much harder than previous ones I have used.

Hi Sam, thanks for your review. Glad ordering was easy and your pillow arrived quickly. Latex pillows can feel a little firmer at first, especially if you’re used to a different type of pillow. They tend to soften slightly as they warm up and settle, and most people find they adjust after a few nights. We hope yours is now feeling comfortable and supportive for you.
