Groves Nurseries is a family business based in West Dorset. We in fact have a couple of nurseries, our main nursery and garden centre is in Bridport but we also have a small (but perfectly formed) plant nursery in Beaminster called Little Groves. We have been around since 1866 so we know a thing or two about gardening!

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. I am very glad that we have been delivering correctly for many years, that is great to hear. However, I am sorry that we got it wrong on this occasion. We do have different delivery teams delivering at different times, so I think it’s just a case of human error.
It would be fantastic if next time you could get in contact with us directly before leaving a public review and we will be more than happy to return to move the compost (bark in this case) or rectify whatever problem may have occurred. I do not live in Bridport
I do not live in Bridport, but I have visited Groves many times over the years. I have always thought the service excellent and again today my experience was wonderful. I wanted a gift token as a Christmas gift for some Bridport residents, not only was the lady on the phone charming but extremely helpful. My gift card is on its way and I am still smiling!
