The presenter, although knowledgeable, did not seem comfortable in that role, and was quiet-spoken, which made it difficult for me (wearing hearing aids) to hear his voice above the noise of traffic in the background.

The talk was well organised. The nurseryman was very knowledgeable on the subject and able to answer questions.
The talk for me was easier to follow then Reading a book on the subject

I'm very pleased with the viola odorata collection. The plants are large and healthy, and they were well packed and delivered quickly. One is already flowering - lovely scent - and I'm sure they'll thrive. I'll happily buy again from Groves Nurseries!

Ordered Golden Wedding Rose. Weather in UK was unusually hot. Groves called me to tell me they were delaying delivery owing to the excessive heat. As I live in NW England it wasn't (had loads of rain and not overly hot). Groves sent the rose after I explained. It was beautifully packaged (wrapped in hay in hardy cardboard. It was appropriately marked as a live plant. My friend was delighted as it flowered on her 50th Wedding Anniversary. Fantastic service. I will definitely buy anything from here again.

I bought an item (heavy/bulky) which had to be delivered. The lads who brought it were extremely helpful, cheerful and personable, which is rarely the case with deliveries of the Amazon, etc. type.
Also, they called me earlier in the day to indicate the likely time of arrival.
This was the first time I had dealt with Groves, and was very impressed.
