Brilliant experience start to finish.
The whole process was 5 star. Ordering was easy, paying etc. The courier which was no fault of theirs managed to smash one of the pots. I contacted them by email almost prepared for a battle because I needed the exact amount ordered. Was pleasantly surprised as the reply we'll send a replacement out. It arrived quickly and as should be.
I can't fault anything but most of all customer services I know things go wrong but it's how company's rectify it that counts.

Can't take delivery, wouldn't reccomend.
Ordered from these and had a delivery attempted by dx. It needs a signature for some reason? For a product worth less than £30. Any way unless I book a day off work and wait in all day. Its impossible to take delivery. Won't drop off in a safe place or a collection point. So guess I'll need to go through the hassle of trying to arrange a refund. What a joke of a company if you want any items delivered id go elsewhere.

Started well but ended badly,
Took nearly a week for item to be sent then the courier pretended to have it out for delivery for two days so waited in all day, on the third day I tried to cancel to be told it’s out for delivery so couldn’t and if I could cancel I’d had a further wait for my money back as comply policy is they need the item back, I think that’s a fair policy if I’m returning the item but pretty unfair after 2 days of waiting in and been given the run around by growell.

It really does appear that the huge volumes in parcels needing to be delivered has impacted the couriers in a negative way.

Part of my order for LED grow light system (ballast) not delivered. Advised Beth of problem. She immediately arranged for new Ballast unit to be sent, arrived following day , system now set up and working . Her eagerness to get it sorted and keep me advised was commendable. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service by Renate. Good prices, usually have offers on making them even more attractive. A very good selection of eqt/product with free delivery if you spend over I think 50 or 60 quid. Would recommend.

good friendly service, I had an issue with my order not going through properly and it looked like payment left twice.
I called out of hours and left a message which was picked the next morning and I got a call back and they got everything sorted out.
