Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff
Before placing online order I rang the shop to ask which of two similar items would they recommend. I got very helpful and knowledgeable information which enabled me to make the correct decision.
Also I have visited the shop in person on several occasions and found the staff really helpful and friendly. It’s my go to website.

The delivery company left my order at the bottom of my lane which is 1/4 a mile from my house .. lost some of the order and not responding too me .. Fastway are a joke 🤬🤬

These guys deserve 10 stars, not five!
I had an issue with an item, which appeared to be a fault on the manufacturer's end.
After I sent an email with images describing the fault, I received a phone call almost immediately from the store.
They offered to ship out a replacement immediately, which arrived the next day. This was days before I could even send back the faulty item.
The courier came today to collect the faulty item. At the same time, I had a separate order placed with the store.
Lo and behold, there were free items contained within the new order, as a means of apologies..... apologies which were entirely unnecessary, as the customer service was first class, and the team dealt with the return professionally and immediately.
Honestly, I can't recommend these guys enough!
Possibly the best customer service I've ever received.
Top class.

I tried 2 other shops and they didn't have the items that their website said they did have in stock and they took their time notifying me of that fact. Grow shop had the items and they dispatched them speedily. Will go to growshop first in future.
