Simple and easy but expensive
Simple and easy to use site for sales etc but expensive to advertise. I would be much happier if I could pay less and more likely to use the site more often. I have listed an item a few times now and had little interest each time but did not want to keep paying so much and subsequently allowed the ad to expire rather than renew.

Regarding pricing, we do keep our advertising fees as reasonable as possible while still maintaining the platform and ensuring a safe, effective service for all users. When an advert expires, it is the user’s responsibility to renew it if they wish to continue advertising, and we do send reminder emails before the expiry date.
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t receive much interest on your recent listings. We’re always working to improve visibility and user experience, and your feedback helps us with that.

Difficulties listing online but overall good.
Difficulties listing online. My gun manufacturer not listed despite it being a popular make. Had to call customer services to get it listed during office hours and also had to ring them to make an amendment. Once sold and advert endorsed as sold but getting almost daily nuisance emails asking me to renew or update ad. The advert looked good and the gun sold. I would definitely use them again and overall happy with a good value service but they really need to improve accessibility of online listing and amendments. Customer service person was very helpful though nice to get someone who answers the phone these days.

Almost immediate response (within two hours)
Was sold next day and collected shortly after.
