I wish I would’ve known before I bought…

I wish I would’ve known before I bought anything through them that there had been a class action lawsuit against them in California. Now I know why.
Buyer beware! Somehow got on a subscription. It took several phone calls to finally talk to the person who would cancel me. He said he had no record of previous calls. Just getting past the phone tree took 5 calls in a row. “We do not recognize the number that you are calling from.”
Less than a week after cancelling we received more product.
Unforgivable greed and lechery.

Poor Customer Service

I tried their product and had a terrible reaction. When I called the company, they did not offer me the "return in 60 days" promise but sent me another box. This was in September of 2025. At that time, I was offered a cancellation of the ongoing "subscription" which I accepted. Then in February, I was notified of yet a third box of product and a charge to my account. When I called, I was given a refund, told me account had been cancelled in September, but when I asked for an email stating this, I was refused. This company has questionable customer service policies and cannot be trusted to honor cancellations.

Do Not Order Perricone through this…

Do Not Order Perricone through this company. It is a scam. They will respond by email, but will not bring the problem to closure. I have been trying to return an unused shipment and I have no recourse for if it will be refunded whatsoever. This is poor business all the way around. BBB, Google, FB and Social next

Rope a dope

Rope a dope company and yes, I got sucked in. When I called to remove subscription- wait time was supposed to be 10 minutes. I waited 32 until someone came on and told me I had the wrong number and he would transfer my call. Five minutes later he tried the same thing…I informed him that we just went through this and NOT to transfer me again. Amazingly, he already knew my name and after a few minutes it was canceled- but not before he told me I had a balance. I replied- ABSOLUTELY NOT. Hmmm, turns out I was correct. Such a load of bs.

If I could give zero I would . I got the introductory offer on some skin care. There was a card included with product telling about the 4 products, one of which didn’t match so I called. The hold recording said to expect 10 minute. After 40 minute wait I gave up. Then I received second kit exactly the same as first. With a $92 charge to credit card. I called again, same scenario as first time and I gave up after approximately an hour. The next day I called and was going to hang on til I got someone and I finally got a live body. I had to argue for 15 minutes to get him to finally cancel my subscription. And I requested a return address to return the second kit but have never received that. So after a week of waiting I am returning it to corporate office with proof of delivery. They are am unscrupulous company as many are who advertise on Facebook.

This company is a scam stay away!! you probably seen the commercials advertising crepe creams, they will be you every month, for a membership you never subscribe to I will file a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General and Consumer Affairs please be advised this is a scam company

Theives

This company is criminal. They say your subscription is cancelled and they keep charging you. This is literally theft. I will be reporting them to law enforcement in their area. Anyone else who has been scammed should do the same thing. Also report to the Attorney General.

Most unprofessional experience dealing…

Most unprofessional experience dealing with this company. Called in regards to a beauty product that promises to be waterproof, smudge proof etc..etc.. and an hour after application, it left stains on a new cloth sofa and my leather car seats... Agents say just use an oil based cleaner.... That would for sure ruin the couch, and not sure what it would do to the car...

Ordered their product online

Ordered their product online. Did not indicate anywhere that I signed up for a subscription. A month later I am charged 86.00 for my "next" shipment. I called and they said they could not cancel my subscription. Luckily, I paid through a payment processing company and hopefully I will not be charged again. No visible results using their product, I would never sign up for a subscription blind not knowing if I even like the product. Shady business practices and virtually unable to cancel the supposed membership you "signed up" for, buyer beware.

I got perricone subd from them

I got perricone subd from them. Did not sign up for a subscription but the next month I got a charge. When I called to cancel and get money back they said they would refund the amount if I refused the shipment. I refused the shipment and my bank took back the money as a month later I had not been refunded. Then they charged me for another month and my bank refused payment. Guthy-Renker is still harassing me for the order I refused. I’ve used perricone for 20 years but will never buy again. This is shady.

Meget god service!

Havde en ordre i tv-shop, som aldrig kom frem. Ringede ind tilGuthy Renker og fik refunderet pengene med det samme. Det kalder jeg god service. Så tør jeg godt handle igen. MVH. Andrea Jespersen

Føler mig snydt.

Det kan ikke være rigtigt, at jeg EFTER afmeldelse af mit abonnement, skal blive opkrævet høje gebyrer for en pakke som jeg åbenbart ikke har hentet. Det sjove er, at jeg ikke på noget tidspunkt har fået af vide, at der skulle være en pakke på vej. Prøver at ringe ind til deres kundeservice i håb om at man så kan komme frem til en løsning. Men der fratager de sig alt ansvaret, og bilder mig ind, at det er Post Danmark der har begået en fejl. Har simpelt hen aldrig i hele mit liv oplevet så dårligt service, lige før at den er bedre i Aldi. I telefonen fik jeg bare at vide "det var ærgerligt" og at jeg bare var nødt til at betale den regning, sådan var det bare.

Guthy Renker bruger ufine metoder automatisk fornyelse når man bestiller hudserie

Min datter på 13 havde problemer med huden og ønskede at prøve en hudserie som vist på Guthy Renker i fjernsynet i Danmark sidste år. Vi bestilte cremen, men min datter var ikke tilfreds med den, men efterfølgende blev de ved med at sende til os hver måned selvom vi gjorde opmærksom på at vi ikke havde bestilt mere end én gang, det var jo ikke et abonnement det drejede sig om, og det var på ingen måde gjort klart at der var automatisk genbestilling. Jeg nægtede efterfølgende at modtage pakkerne, og ifølge forburger loven har man vel også returret på 14 dage, og jeg havde slet ikke modtaget noget. Efter at have skrevet frem og tilbage i nogen tid endte det med at de stoppede og jeg skulle blot betale forsendelsen tilbage hvilket jeg gjorde. MEN nu et helt år efter bliver jeg kontaktet af et inkasso firma, hvor advokaterne truer mig med at sende mig i RKI hvis jeg ikke betaler for 3 gange ikke afhentede varer. Det er virkeligt noget svineri! Jeg vil hvis det er nødvendigt gå til forbruger rådet med dette og eventuelt i retten, for det er ren og skær afpresning! PAS PÅ når I køber noget igennem Guthy Renker !
