Please keep more bags for the combat classes at Gymbox Ealing - there are 10 ok bags (the other 2 are not good - especially for Muay Thai) but 14 places and most people don't want to share.
Also, the combat classes are so popular and always booked out so why don't you introduce morning and/ or noon classes? We definitely need more combat classes. The current schedule is not enough.

**Update - they referred me on to a debt collector when I was actively trying to resolve the issue. They gave no warning that they were about to do it, they only informed me when I asked why I couldn't see an outstanding balance on my account. Also not possible to lodge complains or escalate the issue

Absolutely awful experience, avoid at all cost

I joined a three month contract via a discount gym provider that I had as a work perk. Signed up in the gym where I was told repeatedly I could cancel at any time after the contract period while completely obscuring the actual cancellation policy which is 1 months notice. I cancelled via the app giving 2 weeks notice and proceeded to just not return to the gym, however I have now been told I am £105 in DEBT to them and the case will be passed on to a debt collector if I don't pay for may (which I never used)

I am unbelievably stressed out, it is an extremely expensive gym considering there is no pool, no space in the classes, and I feel like they go for the hard sell so much that they completely mislead you to the reality of joining. I have never had such an awful experience with a gym I would avoid them at all costs

One of the best gyms I’ve been to since moving to London couple years ago. Staff are so friendly, gym is duality equipped with whatever you might need and is always really really clean which is really important to me. Would highly recommended joining x

Considering the fact that it’s a premium gym (and for the most part yes) the small number of cable machines and general condition of the machines are seriously lacking.

The gym lacks induction for new members, which is disappointing.

This has the most complicated entry system in the entire world. No card, you need an app. So tap in with your phone and enter your email and password. Except the gym is underground so there's no mobile reception. So you have to go back up onto the street. It sends an email to your work email address (which you have to use to get corporate membership), which inevitably gets caught as spam. So you have to run back to the office to get it from the spam folder, click the link... and then get back to the gym hopefully with some time left in your lunch break! Honestly, get a simpler access system! Sure the app is cool and allows you to book classes (when you re not deep underground in the gym), but to get in and out an old fashioned swipe card that doesn't need mobile phone reception would be easier!

The best gym ever!! Only ever had incredible experiences at Gymbox's. The classes are amazing, have met lovely people and the equipment is fab! Couldn't recommend more

Good Coaches, friendly members, good space, Olympic sized boxing gym. only thing missing would be a Swimming pool

Too many complications when joining during discount times and as student discount receiver. These issues should not happen to a person that just joined a facility which they pay for, considering that the price isn't the lowest either.

Amazing amazing amazing! I was skeptical initially because the fee is slightly higher than my older gym, but it’s worth every penny! I’ve been to multiple GYMBOX across London and every one has a great vibe, great classes, friendly PTs, great resources, everything! Can’t recommend it enough

Increase my gym membership two times because of "inflation". Contracts says they can't do it, they did it anyways.

Poor experience. I’m still being charged after my 6 month contract. I’ve not agreed to stay on and you are still trying to take payment. Shocking

Won't give it a 1 star as they've got some good instructors and I was a member for years because of that. However, customer service is terrible. I had a recent horrible experience due to a medical issue which made me leave for good as they made me feel very uncomfortable about it. Service has generally always been terrible, but this was the final straw for me.

Great gym to train at, classes are abundant and there is a lot of equipment that many other gyms don't have. There is also a lot of gym floor space which is helpful as sometimes it's very busy. The only drawback is that the free weight area can get extremely congested at peak times.

Great gym with all the best up to date equipment, and some great classe.
