I haven't sold or bought a house through Haart, but I did have the house valued and sought advice and information when considering a sale and move. Sam was especially helpful. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, quick and efficient in his replies and overall very understanding of my housing needs. If I do look to sell/buy in the future, I would be very happy to work with Sam again!
Can’t thank the team at Harold Wood branch enough for helping with the selling of our flat. To say it was challenging is an understatement. But they were up to the task with every twist and turn every difficult moment they dealt with it making a very difficult and stressful situation easier to deal with. It took 618 days but they did it. Thanks to Matthew, Andrew, Mickie and special thanks to Jacqui at Gidea Park who listened to my many phone calls as we negotiated the final stretch.

Thank you Glen for the 5* review and we are so pleased we got there in the end.
Mickie is a credit to the company. She dealt with my sale, and worked hard to get it completed.
The reason for the 3* is because they use a terrible solicitors being Move Home Legal, who caused myself and my buyers a ton of stress. They have to recommend them through their company. They should use a different solicitor, MHL unprofessionalism can effect their rating as a company.
I was also not given a honest value on my property. they estimated it to be 25k more than what it was worth. I wish I had done some research and got other opinions from other agents to begin with.
