haart - Norwich Golden Triangle Estate Agents Avis 

As a landlady I’m not impressed with Haart, I’m thoroughly disappointed. Despite our tenants paying on time, we are now owed two months rent. We have difficulty talking to staff, emails are often not answered. Impossible to talk to a person in accounts, I’ve never known a company where you are blocked from talking to accounts!! Haart give promises they don’t deliver. Frustrated and upset.

What can I say, Victoria Reek went above and beyond to sell my property, and Roxanne Samuels did everything else. From taking the property photo's and organizing my house move, to explaining each step with regard to using E ways and solicitor involvement to just helpful advise. Personally I can't thank them both enough.

I received really friendly and attentive service from Paul Cobb at the Norwich branch. I initially made enquiries with him as I intended to sell via an agent but found myself selling privately. Despite this, he kept in contact, and kept up to date with the sale, just in case it fell through. It was reassuring to know that should the sale have ran into difficulties, he was in a position to market it immediately!

Thank you so much to Hayley Burton-Pye, without her this sale would not have happened. Hayley is the Move Manager once she took over she was amazing. She updated every day, sometimes multiple times a day because of the urgency of the sale. She followed up consistently with the sellers, ensuring they provided all the documents my solicitor requested. The seller's solicitors were appalling - do not use Fosters - their lack of professionalism meant my mortgage offer would have expired, they just sat on paperwork. Hayley got the exchange and completion on time. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts. I would be thrilled if she was to manage another house sale for me (whether buying or selling). Ebony Penny

I would recommend haarts as I was more than happy with the service which I received. It was a lengthy process selling my property but with the help and perseverance of hayley we have finally exchanged contracts. I would have given 5 stars but the only problem that I got frustrated over was when the first lockdown began and I lost my contact with whom I had been dealing with. It was when I phoned and wanted an update that I was dealt with by the other norwich office and I didn't feel that my calls were being valued and dealt with to my satisfaction. Even though we haven't bought a house through Haart (yet!), we had excellent service from start to finish. Jo was friendly, punctual, knew the properties and listened to our feedback. She trumped all the other agents on service by a long shot.
