Hair received was not as described on website. Curl pattern is not as described. Communitication is poor and shipping is even worse. I do not recommend their product or this company

I am so mad with this hair!! It looked great upon opening but once installed and on installation it’s literally falling out!! I have handfuls that have come out simply by lightly brushing the hair! This is meant to be a 200g bundle as I have very thick hair and this dosent feel like it’s touching the surface 😫 I’m so upset with how it’s looking and feeling it’s not boosted my confidence which extentions were meant to do I want them out and my money returned!

I’m always sceptical about purchasing from new Chinese wig/hair sellers but I have to say the dreadlocks are amazing! They look EXACTLY like the photos just as they said and I could not be happier with the length colour width and texture. They are worth every penny. Also their communication was really good and replied in a timely fashion. Thank you.

AVOID!! Ordered hair and didn’t like it so returned the product. They acted like I didn’t send it back but have a video and messages that they went to customs to get it! Completely ghost now. Have been trying for a refund since April and still nothing. Pretty sure they blocked me through company WhatsApp. SCAMMMMMM!!

Really disappointed that I purchased a product saying 25% off only after to find it cheaper elsewhere.
While I understand I should have checked first, I made contact with Hairplus about this fact... But no reply!

My hair quality was great. This is the first time I found curly that actually match my curl level and texture. It’s twice as thick as the last set I got elsewhere. The wefts are sturdy, it lays great! I am already planning my neat set so we can start changing my color.

So its very difficult to find my kind of hair as an extension. Thays comes in human hair. But this company had my almost exact curl match which is like a 3B. But my hair is light brown with very light ash highlights and so being new to the site I went with what i thought would be the closest match and they were close but i could tell they werent quite right. So i went on to try again. But this time i decided to email the company and ask them if they could send me a sample hair peice and unfortunately they dont have those so i sent a picture of my hair and asked them what was the best match for my hair and omgoodness they have been extraordinary with helping me. They never took longer than a day to get back to me, sent me links with videos of the colours they recommended, and then they told me they could customize my colour. I asked if they could do a 80/20 mix of two colour's and they happily agreed at no extra cost either. Absolutely amazing customer service. Im so pleased with this company. I see alot of 1 star reviews on here and ones that are complaining about being charged shipping for customs, but if people would read the return policy it explains how to get around paying for customs by writing a simple word on your return package "sample" if people who returned read this and did this they wouldnt have this issue. This company is a great company to work with. One of the best experiences with customer service ive had in a long time. If you're hesitant about making a purchace just email them and they will help you the best they can. And if your unsure about colour email them. Remember pictures of the product are not always exact because the pixels change from device to device so when people say its nothing like the photo, its not a fair assessment. Id think we would all know that by now..if unsure just reach out to them. They have been more than happy to take the time to help me with mine to ensure i get exactly what i want. So excited to try these new extensions. Thank you hair plus base!

The WORST hair I have ever purchased in 15 years. Do not waste your money. It was greasy, tatty, had little bits in it that I am sure was a bug.£20 cost to return them. Honestly gutted as I paid £80 and worth about 80p. It's thin, split and the colour blend awful. I have photos but it won't let me upload

Buyer beware. If you want ti return an item it has to be sent back to china. I will not be foolish enough to ever order from this company again.

Ordered a curly hair I-tip and it came 3 weeks later when on website says 5-7 business days, didn’t want to refund me for shipping, product sucked hair kept coming out and the texture was not soft and curly it was kinky and rough texture. Terrible supplier and communication with supplier sucks as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE! Picture was false advertisement!!!!

I used 2 times . product is very good and i had for 7 months without problems. They are bit slow but the pqckage arrives and it’s a great value for the price . So Patience..:.

My order turned up late, and in the wrong colour. I ordered 50gs worth of hair and it’s barely 20gs that was sent out. Avoid this company at all costs. Also read their return policy that should make your mind up for you!!!

Such great value for money. Fast responses and delivery. The wave extensions are exactly as advertised and I am really happy with my purchase a year on. Will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

I ordered 24 inches clip-in extensions in #60 white blonde and they need to be toned to match my white blonde hair. However, they are amazing!! So soft, sleek, and shiny! This is my very first set of clip-ins NOT from Amazon, although I love the hair I purchased from Amazon, Hairplusbase has officially converted me! The clips are so sturdy and comfortable, that I almost forgat I was wearing extensions! I look forward to purchasing more hair for this company in the future！

WORST SITE EVER!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHITTY CHINA SCAM WEBSITE!.
I’ve paid almost £300 for this shit plastic hair and they made me to return it and even funnier they didn’t pay back for refund! So i sent them back the plastic shit and never got my refund back!!!!

I didn't have a problem with communication, as I emailed them a few times before I ordered to ask a few questions about the hair. They replied promptly and were helpful in advising me. However, when my order arrived I was disappointed, the hair quality is quite good, but there are far too many shorter hairs in in it making it very thin on the bottom. I am a hairdresser and I know there will be some shorter hairs so I ordered 16in to allow cutting 3-4 inches off the bottom but in actual fact I would need to cut 6 inches minimum off to give it any thickness on the ends... so wasted my money. My advice would be order at least 6 inches longer than you need.

Horrible extensions, horrible customer service! Product does NOT match description or color AT ALL, and when the company finally responds, it’s way too difficult to return. DONT waste your money or time!!!!

These loc extensions are some of the softest ones I've felt/used before. The item length was true to what I ordered, and my loctician said the hair was excellent quality, I would order again. For reference, I ordered the 12" and bought the 100 locs and only used 80 (I have an average to small head).

I was expecting more glamour like curls but received hair in very tight waves which looked crimped like 80s hair.

I worried about some other review where customers did not get any hair. So I confirm I got hair and it’s average quality, close enough match to colour but the ‘curls’ are awful.

I wish I didn’t open it and tried to send it back. I tried to straighten it out a bit with a flat iron but it didn’t work.
