Easy to navigate website
Easy to navigate website, clear instructions, great product. My only criticism was that the larger sizes were not in stock at the time of ordering. I’ve used Hairtrade before and will use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them! The hair extensions I received were very poor quality they should be the same thickness all the way down not look like a rats tail at the end if I wore these people would laugh at me!!! I asked for a refund they said that I could return them as faulty and if I returned them within 30 days I returned them 1 day later and they have refused to refund me even though I haven’t worn them! Now I am £100 out of pocket for something I cannot even use it’s an absolute disgrace ripping people off like that!

Sorry to hear about your experience, if the order product is faulty or has quality issue you are entitled to refund/replacement, according to our exchange/return policy. On the other hand if the hair extensions product is not faulty but opened (bonding, not the external packaging) it cannot be returned, for further info please contact the customer service

Hairtrade aways deliver on time. Recent order - one of the two items had been damaged in transit - phoned up and they sent out a replacement immediately. Excellent service.
