The hair
The hair, looks better than the image, good quality hair, no shedding and the length was exactly what I ordered, I would definitely recommend the lace front closure I purchased from them. Fast delivery as well.

Can only give 1 star as still hav not received my Freeze and Shine spray £36.99. This may not be directly Hair Trades fault but nevertheless I’m out of pocket!

To place my order I found it difficult to proceed without making a telephone call to your company. I have to say I spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful & talked me through the procedure. I was then able to successfully place my order. It came promptly a couple of days later via Royal Mail. I am very satisfied with it, thank you.

I have hair extensions due to…
I have hair extensions due to radiotherapy, I also do extensions for a customer for hair loss. The hair I received was very thin, almost patchy compared to hair planet I normally use. So I contacted them concerning the hair. They recommend I return the hair. I did this, and provided a picture comparing the hair alongside the hair I had in. They emailed to tell me although I’ve stated it’s faulty they will not refund or exchange.

Sorry to hear that regarding this order we located the case/ticket and we believe there was miscommunication. The response was supposed to explain that the returned hair is not faulty and in general we can offer refund when the item is in original condition, but in this case it's not, therefore we cannot offer refund/replacement.
