Great product. So cheap for what it is, from what seems like a great ethically sound company. They make it clear it is ( one of of their only few it seems ) non organic product, which shows great integrity, and a trustworthyness. The product itself is exactly what all health and wellness products should be, all natural and ethically derived ingredients. No nasty chemicals. Made with Aloe Vera. Its a great product! Made my beard better within literally 2-3 washes, and I've had only need to use a small amount. It seems it will last a long time, and free UK delivery! I'm really happy with this product and for £5, I'll certainly be buying again.

Ordered two identical items but only one arrived. The delivery note states '2 of 2', so what happened to 1 of 2? I immediately emailed Half Ounce but have had no response. Maybe should be renamed 'Half Order'! The actual product appears to be very nice but it's part of a gift, so I haven't tried it. Not happy! ☹️

It took far longer than I expected to arrange this item to be shipped to me and the communications around timing and shipping were inadequate. In fact I still haven’t received my item and don’t know if it’s been delivered (and not do I need it anymore anyway!)

I ordered my beard oils and never received a confirmation email with a order number or tracking information. It has been more than enough time for my oil to get here and I still have yet to receive my order. Very unsatisfied customer.
