At what point are Halton council going to deal with this disgrace of a company connect to Halton, leaving residents in nursing homes vulnerable, constantly, they are meant to be there to support the nursing homes instead the homes are met with unanswered phones unanswered emails, left short staffed and constantly being lied to, I am a very concerned resident with vulnerable people I care about being left potentially in distress because this substandard outfit somehow got this contract, Halton council SORT IT OUT

They don't even deserve 1 star. All the people in charge need to get sacked, for not doing their job properly.

I have rang everyday this week and it says all the operators are busy and call back later. Then it cuts me off.

Bin men don’t collect 101 years old’s bin even though she is on the list for assistance. It’s been missed at least 3 times!
And getting through to the council took at least an hour

Even though i have the proof they require and grounds of special circumstances to give me temporary accommodation they still refuse to help, leave myself and my disabled children homeless! I have had to seek legal advice because the way i have been treated is absolutely disgusting!!!

Hi, Mr LJ Miller. I came clean about been abused by a p****phile in the Brow Special Needs School and Halton Council and Runcorn Police Station told me it never happened and I was having a night mare. They are now taking me to court, seized my laptop and mobile phone and I am been sentenced to * years in prison for harassment as they ignore me and a Labour MP refered me and had me put on antipsychotic medication, St Johns took me off. Cheshire Police told me they cant wait to arrest me again and lock me up as the p****philes will be housed in Halton and Warrington and not locals like myself. Amanda Hermes refused to rehouse me back and called me a arragant t**t and then when I filed a complaint they hung up on me and claimed I need to be sectioned. Halton Housing Trust rejected my band c, hacked my account and blamed myself and the judge at Warrington magistrates court refuses to listen to me. I will be having labour removed from their authority and I will be released from prison the day I get in. See you in a Supreme Court, Halton Council. Warrington Magistrates Court will not be happy when they find out I have two solicitors ready from July 2022. This is the second time Halton and Warrington Council have housed criminals and not their own. They are out of control and Labour are the cause of it all. Halton Council forced me out my own area at knife point and housed a released convict and told me to jump off a bridge and labour and Cheshire police deny it as they know I got proof. In fact, I went out to the shop and got back to Warrington place I forced to move to and Halton council staff member in dark and face covered using my phone and laptop to send abusive emails to themselfs to force me out. Halton and Warrington Council have operated this way since they formed and they are both out of control and Cheshire police protect them. One friend I had left was forced out of Runcorn by care staff and he ended his life and police claimed it was alcohol related. He got drunk as Amanda Hermes and Heather Nixon and John Derek Twigg called him a woosie and told him don't come back like they did to me.
