I had an excellent experience with Hand Dryers UK and their customer service was absolutely outstanding.

I bought a portable air conditioner that turned out to be much louder than it should have been due to a fault. I contacted their customer service team, and they resolved the issue the very same day. They immediately dispatched a replacement, which arrived the next day, and at the same time they collected the faulty unit. The whole process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free.

I would definitely recommend Hand Dryers UK and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Ordered based on the advertised free next day delivery. I was told my order had been dispatched and was due for delivery, only to discover via the UPS tracking that the parcel hadn’t even been handed to UPS and was still at the “Label Created” stage.

The delay is one thing, but being given inaccurate information is another. Customer service’s response was to ask for understanding rather than take responsibility for the poor communication.

Very disappointing.

I bought a hairdryer in Jan 26. There was an issue with the cable (the plastic coating was too rigid and started to tear), but they are blaming it on me (arguing that the cable got trapped in a wardrobe which is untrue, and inconsistent with the damage). Don’t trust their “satisfaction guarantee” online.
