Hi Chris, I'm sorry you feel you were misled - that is never our intention.
Our pricing page shows COSHH listed only on our Advanced plans and above but I'll review with our team to see if we can make it clearer COSHH is not available on Basic.
As a gesture of goodwill, I have refunded the cost of your upgrade from Basic to Advanced.

Not being able to pay on a monthly …
Not being able to pay on a monthly basis is not practical to a small company like ours, to pay the high costs up front should be reviewed.

Easy to use
Easy to use - doesn't really cover our industry yet, (solid fuel heating / chimneys), so had to add stuff - but format was really helpful in doing this.
