HANDS HQ Avis 

I have been using Hands HQ for a number of years now and am more than pleased with product. It takes the worry out of the whole RAMS creation process. The user-friendly interface enables me to produce accurate, professional documentation which I am happy to send on to the client.

We have been using the Hands HQ software for a few months now. It's intuitive and quick to use. I haven't had a single RAMS document rejected since we have been using it.

Best of all the customer service is superb. Amazingly fast reaction to every question, a personal service and they will even do the background research to make our documents better (finding COSHH sheets etc).

Previously RAMS and COSHH were written by a laborious over-writing of previous documents, with the attendant mistakes and difficulties that this process included.
Since adopting HANDS HQ as a system then the whole process has been quick, effecient and painless with customer satisfaction of the documents being exceptionally high.
The ability to create a high quality RAMS document with COSHH data attached is perfect, the teams response to additional COSHH materials is also first class. Cant recommend highly enough.

I needed to update a RAMS in a hurry for a large client, after a brief conversation with Tom I was prepared to trial the product.
In around 15 minutes I had produced a document that would have otherwise taken me half a day of admin time.
I also managed to lock myself out of my new account (user error), Chrissie had me back on track in a few minutes.
Great product, great service, worth a try.

This system has been used since Feb 2016 and so far the time saving element is superb as the H&S Dept are no longer bogged down assisting managers with RAMS creation. The managers have access to Handshq and through the process they do not forget to include all the details they used to forget. Clients have NOT rejected a single RAMS doc since inception.

doing rams used to be quite stressful and time consuming. Now its as easy as pie..

the people are really helpful, and on the rare occasions that I do need to call them they answer straight away.

the software is web based and fully customisable... and all the options are there at the click of a button.

We'd NEVER leave them or go back to the old ways and are THOROUGHLY PLEASED!!!

HandsHQ is a great resource. There have been a few minor glitches as we've been getting used to it, but the staff are always there to help and smooth things out.
The only (minor) criticism is that it is so easy to produce great looking RAMS that our project managers don't always bother to check the details are site specific.

This company are very prompt and professional , the product is by far the easiest to work with .
When they call they are very polite and helpful.

Hands HQ is nothing short of superb. The ease of the applications and navigation, the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff is the best you could hope for. There is nothing which could improve this company they are simply that good! We thank you Hands HQ!

What a fantastic team and piece of software. I was really struggling to try and pull everything together, to obtain a work safe certificate. I was faced with a £900 bill for a health and safety consultant to pull everything together for me. So, I looked for alternatives, and came across Hands HQ. I had a brief chat with someone to check that it would do what I needed to, and signed up. I selected everything that applied, and it did everything for me.
The next step was to complete the COSHH assessment. The substances that I needed weren't already on the system. I was initially disappointed, but noticed that you could email them to ask them to add one in. I got a response from James, and he asked for the MSDS for each one. I sent them through, and within a couple of hours, there they were on the system! He was so friendly, efficient and polite - he is an asset to the company.

So impressed with the people that I've dealt with, and the software overall. Don't hesitate!

I have to write fairly developed RAMS in tiny deadlines and have little time to spend on presentation. HANDS HQ take the pain out of writing RAMS, I have saved on average 2 hours per assessment and my final result looks clean and professional. The COSHH library is a really great feature, and they will add new sheets at the drop of a hat.

We can now produce a full set of RAMS in 10 minutes as opposed to about an hour, they are not viewed as a chore any more.

As every task we carry out seems to need a risk assessment these days this software helps us to be more efficient.

We would like to say how pleased we are with this Health & Safety Software. It is very quick and easy to use, you can edit or adding to any projects, we are a very busy company and it has made health & safety so much easier for us, it looks very professional and we have had good comments back for our clients.
I would defiantly recommend this to anyone that needs Health & Safety.

A very quick and easy solution to everyone's latest obsession with RAMS.
10-15 minutes is all it takes to produce a set of RAMS. If they need editing or adding to it is very easy to do so. It s accessed via the web so can be done on your phone/tablet on site if required.

Very impressive.

The software is easy to use. I have produced many RAMS for complex installations and have been complimented on the quality of the document by Clients. The risk assessments and method statements can be edited to suite your needs. I am adding new stages to the sequence of operations each time I do an assessment and because of this I will soon be able to create the method statement simply by ticking the relevant check boxes.

Not only does this system save time when creating RAMS it produces very professional looking documents every time.

Documents are easy to construct and the information is comprehensive. When I wanted to cancel it was quick easy and friendly. I will use everytime I need a risk assessment and method statement

Very quick and simple to use and with an excellent customer service. As a small business we don't use it constantly and Hands HQ offers the flexibility of using when needed. 10 out of 10.
