Far from Happi
Booked to meet train. Rang to see where it was. Told 10 minutes. Arrive over 25 minutes late. Unstaffed station., effectively stranded. Told came from Chelmsford.

Driver tried to tell me i was attempting rob him after using the cab service for 4 days a week for a year then proceeded to say I'm a flagged fraudster after never previously having a problem im offended and will not be using the unprofessional company again

Really wouldn’t use another taxi company. I made the booking easily and on the day of pick up needs to change the time and the operator was so helpful . The driver was on time and very pleasant . Top class service well done Happicabs thank you .

Used Happicabs for the first time in a couple of years last night (22 Dec). Phoned and booked whilst on the train from London. Was informed shortly after of my booking via text with details of the car. Was then informed when the car had arrived at BP. All very punctual. Great communication. The driver who picked me up was very pleasant too. One Happy customer.
