Hi I have been trying to reach Happy Box for my order #10011 which was supposed to be delivered on 9th June 2023. I tried calling and sent email regarding the same but there was no response . There was no confirmation about the delivery. It was a gift for a friends bday .

I ordered this gift from the US (where I am based) to someone in London. The array and quality of options was great. The delivery was perfect and!
while there were fantastic options, a number of items were sadly sold out. I am excited for when they are able to re-stock and we can have access to the full collection!

I love sending care packages to my family members that are studying abroad in the UK.
My cousin is in London and I've used Happy Box twice.
The packaging is beautiful and very professional.
This time I got her the sleep ritual serum to use during her flight back to the US.
Everything is great, I only wish there were more choices.

Dependable and Personalized options.
I love the high quality products when creating my own box. I'm able to create my own theme and to customize the box in a personal way, as if I boxed it myself. Living abroad, these boxes have been a more personal gift than something from Amazon, for example.
