Total dårlig oplevelse, ville helst ikke give nogle stjerner men kræves man giver dem minium 1. Bestilte en medium og en rare bøf, vi fik to meget Well done, hvilket de sagde da de afleverede dem fordi køkkenet havde set forkert, jeg opgav min efter en bid min mand spiste 1/3 del af sin, fik tilbud et gavekort til ny burger men vi takkede nej tak, meget larmende sted musikken meget høj og dårligt indrettet. Betalte dog 193 kr for en meget tynd lille øl og dobbelt irsk, vil varmt anbefale andre at finde andre steder at spise og kommer der ALDRIG igen

Big company, big attitude
Visited NYC for my daughters & partners birthday, had 2 free birthday meal emails so I thought we’d buy 2 get 2 free, boy was I wrong. Was sat by a lovely girl explained what we had & she said oh that’s amazing have something expensive just show your waiter when he comes over. So I did was to be told that you can only use one voucher, so I said can we split the bill and pay separately only to be told no with abit of an attitude I’ll get my supervisor if you want to sort it out with him. I even read out the T’s & C’s which didn’t state in it only one free birthday meal per table. Now I know it is possible to split the cheque as I myself work in Hospitality. Also the birthday meal wasn’t free they take off the cheapest meal don’t get sucked in by free meals for birthdays with this company. Pretty much killed the birthday vibe for the night. So very disappointed with the customer service.

Vi sendte nedenstående besked til Hard Rock København på deres hjemmeside under ris/ros.
Trods rykker, har vi intet hørt fra dem. De ignorerer os ganske enkel. Føj for en kundeservice :-(
Vi var til vores svigerdatters fødselsdag, som hun holdt i Jeres restaurant i dag. Vi var 10 personer. 7 voksne og 3 børn.
Vi mødtes kl. 17.30 og blev spurgt til hvad vi ville have at drikke. Så langt så godt. Da vi fik vores drikkevarer næsten alle sammen. 1 voksen og de 3 børn fik ingenting. Vi måtte flere gange spørge efter menukort og det lykkedes efter rigtig lang tid.
Vi fik endelig afgivet vores bestilling og rykket for de drikkevarer, som vi ikke havde fået. Der gik et godt stykke tid, så kom drikkevarerne til børnene, men den sidste voksne fik ingenting.
Efter ca. 1 times ventetid rykkede vi for vores mad. Svaret var, at I havde travlt, for der var 50 mennesker ovenpå. Måske I har taget for mange kunder ind?
Der gik yderligere en halv time, så kom maden til næsten os alle. Vores svigerdatters mad var blevet glemt. Da vi alle havde spist, kom den sidste ret. Så kunne hun sidde og spise alene. Det skal også nævnes at den sidste drikkevare slet ikke kom.
Vi klagede igen. Der kom en mand og spurgte om han kunne byde på dessert, og den sidste ret skulle vi ikke betale for. Vi var 4, der gerne ville have dessert, men da vi skulle betale, ville I alligevel have penge for dessert.
Mage til dårlig oplevelse skal man lede meget grundigt efter. Jeg tror aldrig vi har været ude for noget lignende.

Hamburg: Super bad that a group of 9 people couldn't book a table a long time before the actual date. We were told just to come on the actual date and all were booked because a group of 37 and 39 people had booked ahead. Hmmm? Some people can book others can't. I'm a bit lost here... Bad customer treatment. Don't go there. The people at that place don't have a clue on common customer treatment.

We went to pier 39 Hard Rock Cafe in San Francisco U.S.A on 17th June 2019. If I had not been to other Hard Rock Cafe`s i.e Miami, Las Vegas, ETC. I would never go to one again. One star is to many for this one..
We had to wait over 30 mins for our breakfast , It was all cold, eggs, bacon, etc. The potatoes had been kept in a hot plate for a long time and were wrinkled grey, chewy, and also cold. The coffee?? was stewed and cold as well.
As a Chef I would have been ashamed to have served this (I don`t know what to call it).
The waitress`s uniform was filthy and she was completely uninterested, when we complained, in fact she turned on her heels and left us to it. I don`t think she { I hope} cooked the food.
When we complained at the front desk all I got was a silly grin and no comment.
The four of us left still hungry and very very disappointed.
The only consolation was that the live singer was very good!
Brilliant place to go
Have visited 7 different Hard Rock cafes around the world & the food, music & service is always excellent. One of my favourite restaurants.
