Hard Rock bottom

Stayed in the hard rock Marbella for 8 nights.
After booking, I emailed months in advance asking to extend my stay by one night, after a very long and difficult back and forth, the result was to extend the stay in person when I arrive at the hotel. When I arrived, they offered an extortionate price for the extra night.

After receiving no help with our 4 large bags to our room, we were warmly welcomed by a massive cockroach and a potent cannabis smell.

However on the positive side, the location is good and there was a large variety of breakfast options. If you can’t make breakfast, they offer a takeaway lunch bag, if you ask the right person (we were told this wasn’t an option the first time we asked).

Majority of the staff were rude and unhelpful.

Overall I do not recommend and would never stay at the hard rock hotel.

Hard Rock SKIRTS timely payments...AVOID

The online site knows how to accept your money....but when you are moving money back to your account, they are terrible. Shameful action. Like kiting our money...an old fashioned way of screwing the public. Honest Banks and Financial institutions would never get away with sloooow transfers out. Avoid Hard Rock and deal with legit online gaming sites.

Chewy&Nervy Steak with Awful Wine Glass

Hard Rock Cafe - Mayfair - Nachos were cold and the steak added was very chewy, poor quality, cold and full of fat and nerve. It's frustrating to pay extra topping when it is horrible. The wine glasses are awful, the same glass as tap water. The person who had an idea to serve wine in a tap water glass to save cost it's insane because I will never buy wine to drink in a tap water glass. Whoever idea is this is out of touch. The service was just ok but the waiter forgot to do a check back during the meals and did not offer condiments

Waste of all inclusive
Paid extra at the hotel for all all inclusive as Miguel sold it to us on their special offer,
We were not told about that there is a separate all inclusive menu in the Ale-carte restaurant, not same As main one (may be a surcharge on the expensive items but no! ) the Steak house restaurant was not inclusive but we only received a 30% discount off

Paying guests were Treated with extras in ale-carte restaurant, ie bread basket at Italian o prawn crackers basket at the asian

All the all inclusive menu was limited choices

Buffet restaurant was basic and boring , standard menu and choices that a typical 3 star would provide (nothing special)

Silver rooms on the end were nice and spacious, but no clean glasses provided everyday, no floor mat in bathroom, no hand wash in bathroom. Cheap shampoo and conditioner and body wash so better to take your own.

Comfortable beds and pillows

Our entertainment and speakers not working in rooms

I often found bar staff moody and ignorant

I reported this to Dennis the manager but was not bothered or never gave us a resolution

I wish i read other bad reviews before booking here!!

Dårlig oplevelse

Dårlig betjening. Mangel på kundeservice. Maden var kedelig. Personalet talte ikke dansk men meget dårligt engelsk. Øllet var varmt. Så dårlig oplevelse. Kommer ikke igen.

Newer ever subscribe to any newsletter. I have tried to unsubscribe 8 times now, but keep getting spammed by them. Have complained to HRs customer service (by the way, they are the ones sending out the "subscription" emails) They don't bother to answer.

I am sitting at the bar at the hard rock Marbella , I can not order any food ( not even a sandwich ) it is 10.20pm ( not late ) , but I can go to my room to order room service !!! Come guys , get your act together and keep up with your competition..

Blev snydt da vi betalte regningen

Blev snydt da vi betalte regningen. Havde købt et sweetdeal bevis, som skulle give halv pris. Vi endte med at betale hele beløbet. Manager’en blev ved med at påstå vi havde fået rabat.
Kan heller ikke være meningen at vi skal tale engelsk på en cafe i København. Kommer aldrig der mere. Vil ikke anbefale det. Lone M.

Nice Restaurants But Very Poor Admin

The restaurants and shops are fine however the Customer Relations Team and Senior Management let it down.

HRC encourages the completion questionairres but then consistently fails to send out the rerward voucher for a meal discount. This has now happened to me at least 4 times. When you write in to them they fail to read the email properly and miss most of the points raised.

In the past, Regional Manager Dale Swift has been supportive however emails to him are not being answered and no progress is being made.

Much more effort needed, Hard Rock

Min bror, onkel og jeg var på hard rock for et par måneder siden og det var den værste oplevelse jeg har haft. Vi gik ud for at ryge og oplyste personalet at vi ikke var færdige med vores drinks og mad, da vi kom tilbage var maden blevet fjernet, og da vi kaldte på personalet gik de ind i køkkenet og hentede vores mad, FRA KØKKENET??? vi fik ikke en undskyldning eller noget rabat. Det er bare ikke i orden

Reward programms and e mail questions do not work

E mail questions are NOT replied or answered at all. The new unity programm does not work. The previous rewards programm is hardly showing previous visits and the transition of visits to the new unity programm is still in progress a year or so?? Very bad Hard Rock!!

No help or support for customer via internet.

I'm and was in contact since June (today mid september) with several different Persons about implementation of different receipts from several cafes.
Partly rude, partly without knowledge, several different instructions and comments how to implement simple receipts. Finally after insisting of answers received one, but not as expected.

Been in Gothenburg, only Tshirts with size XXL and s/XS available. There and in one answering mail afterwards I got promise, that I'll receive some tshirts per sending - I'll be contacted again for that.
No answer received anymore no package received anymore.
I WAS fan of the cafes and tshirts, I think I'll avoid visits in Hard Rock Cafe in the future.
If looking for coffee or snack, go for it, if you want some information or help with some problem, forget it at all!

Rocktastic!

This was our third visit to the Hsrd Rock Hotel Tenerife and we loved it as much as the other two times.

Great atmosphere, nice food, good entertainment and lots to do for children.

My first massage with Eli was life changing.

We loved Gabo and Yapsi and the guitar player and violin player at breakfast were amazing.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the cleaners are the unsung heroes of the hotel.

Many of the staff are fabulous but some that went the extra mile were Amanda, Alexa, Yepes, Mauro, Eroa, Mar, Nao, Tamy, Pieri and Susanna.

One small feedback as someone that does not drink alcohol, the only non alcoholic beer that was available was Heineken, please stock some Spanish alternatives such as Dorado or Estrella Damm and then it would be the perfect holiday!

Estuvimos en el restaurante del Har Rock Hotel de Madrid

Estuvimos en el restaurante del Hard Rock hotel de Madrid, ya que el de Paseo Castellana se cerró y pusieron este, el restaurante nada que ver con lo Hard Rock nos tiene acostumbrados, tienen 3 hamburguesas, una de ternera, otra de pollo, pedimos 2 Hamburguesas de ternera, la cual tenía mezcla de forma clara, te la sirven sobre una lámina de lechuga iceberg, 170 GR de carne que está dura y con bacon hecho del desayuno que ya se encuentra chicloso, la decoración nada que ver con l de un Hard Rock, es la sala de desayunos del hotel y te cobran nada más y nada menos 19 € por hamburguesa, una decepción grande para lo que nos tenían acostumbrados, un Terror, deberían poner algo más parecido a lo que servían en el restaurante que tenían en el Paseo de la Castellana o directamente dejar de trabajar tema hostelero, la decoración un Terror

Rude customer service

Rude customer service, they are all located overseas. Cannot directly connect to front desk of casino. They always said sold out when they are not. Will not help in any way whatsoever. Spent over 20K with them this year and they can’t even make exceptions for you. You have to go to the casino to really get a room. Very unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere.

We used to love this place as food was…

We used to love this place as food was great with lots of steaks and Rib combos. So a little disappointed to find menu changed somewhat from before with less choice. However so disappointed when I went for the Fish and Chips and even asked the member of staff if it was like a traditional English fish and chips and even showed a picture. Being a brit living in Sweden a bit picky on what constitutes Fish and Chips here. So I was hugely disappointed when 3 tiny little pieces of fish nuggets came out on my plate. What made it worse was the fish was so dry and about as opposite to crispy beer batter as you cam get. The guy serving was I think a little embarrassed and didn’t really make an effort to make sure we as a family were happy. Even the speciality burger was not that good. However the kids food were bigger than mine and tasted better. To add insult to injury they brought my wife a bottle beer without a glass and looked at me strange when I asked if she could have a glass for her beer. By the way the bottle was full of dust on it from I guess being stored in the cellars. Such a shame as always enjoyed visiting and eating there when we visited Stockholm. Never mind I guess they just lost a regular customer and to be honest it is now a over priced and glorified burger bar that has lost its spark and service. :(.

Endless merge....

Like to visit their locations around the world. Was forced to create a new account as mine was blocked during the creation of their Unity rewards program as suggested by staff in one of their locations.
I've been trying to request a merge for the last 8 months with one or two calls, live chats on their site or emails each months and the replies are "I filed your request", "I upgraded your request, wait 72hrs for IT to contact you", "I see 2 previous requests, I will put in another"....
I already got a message saying I had to make a purchase not to make the points expire.... I wonder how many times I will have to contact them just to have an account deleted and all my visits in one place...
