The entire Hard Rock company has turned…

The entire Hard Rock company has turned into nothing more than money hungry low lifes willing to do anything to show a profit. We recently stayed at the Hard Rock in Tampa FL. We spent five days in they're casino, went through 10k playing in upwards of 60 games and never were ahead so much as a dollar. To say that they are nothing more than criminal thieves would be a gross understatement. Hard Rock has basically teamed up with the Seminole Indian reservation who's gaming commission is also owned and operated by the same Seminole Indian reservation thus basically making them nonregulated. They do whatever they please including offering completely compromised game programs that will gobble up every dollar you put in them. I guess the Seminole Indians feel as if they were so wronged by the white man many years ago that it's ok to steal from pretty much everyone who enters they're casino. Personally I think they should be held accountable for they're actions as should the Hard Rock. They know precisely what they are doing and have no problems doing so as they are able to get away with it. As for the bs they tell people stating that they payout a jackpot every minute I can tell you that its a boldface lie, We were there for five days and didn't see a single person receive a payout. All I can say to Hard Rock about they're business ethics is shame on you. I'm certain that if your family went to an establishment such as the Hard Rock casino in Tampa and they basically stole five or ten thousand from them you wouldn't be to pleased about it. So why then do it to others. My advise.....Stay as far away from this place as possible.

Giver kun 1 stjerne grundet personalet. Jeg skrev til Hard rock Copenhagen ang. deres toilet i stueplan i fredags d. 17 / 06 kl. 1830. Først dame toilet det en wc var stoppet og der var mangel på sæbe. Dernæst på mande toilet var det ene toilet dør ødelagt så det ikke var så bekvemt at bruge. dernæst på det andet wc ud af 2 stk. Var bræt eller sæde væk. for det ikke skulle være løgn, så virker vand hanerne + sæbebeholderne ikke. Jeres priser fejler sku' ikke noget. Hvorfor svarer i ikke på mail. Når der er sådan et problem.

Hard Rock Casino Tampa FL...STAY FAR AWAY from this place. First of all it's owned in part by the Seminole Indian Reservation. The gaming commission to is owned & operated by the same Seminole Indian Reservation. I have frequented casinos throughout the US and this one is by far the absolute lowest % payout casino I've ever been to. These people are literally raping people who play at their casino. I was there Memorial Day weekend, played 78 different games with $3000.00 and never won on a single game. You'll spin off $200+ dollars and if your lucky enough to get a bonus it'll amount to about $5.00 if that. I actually quite literally felt as if I had been violated upon leaving there. The owners of this casino are crooks, no different than a common criminal. They truly should be held accountable for offering such compromised machines. They are doing nothing more than stealing people's money. There is only one winner there and it's the casino. I can promise you one thing....you will lose every last dollar you put in one of their machines as they are programmed for you to lose.

My name is Robin Goldsmith I am here at the hard rock hotel in Atlantic City i arrived May 10, 2022 when I got here they did not have my room a smoking room that I Requested and paid for so I had to keep going outside in the cold to smoke the next day i went to the front desk to have them give me another room after having to go to the front desk 3times to get them to give me a smoking room the room they gave me heat or hot water didn’t work the room was freezing cold so I ask the housekeeper for blankets until Maintenance come to fix the heat and hot water after waiting an hour and a half she bought the blankets and shove them in my hand she was very nasty and disrespectful after that I came down to the hard Rock restaurant to get something to eat and it was a Roach in my food I need someone to please contact me immediately I am very disappointed in this establishment in the way I was treated as a guest phone number is 267-670-6830 thank you

Do not order merchandise outside of USA

Ordered $168.00 of merchandise online when it came through the Post Office it had a declared value of $544.58...as a result had to pay more than triple the regular taxes & duties. I-D-I-O-T-S! They do not know how to fill out a simple customs declaration!

terrible hotel casino online casino all managed by a 2 year old. no accountability, no security for online transactions 3rd party mismanaged who knows where play puss is a sham the only way to get your winnings or refunded money is to threaten them. I am looking for people to file class action lawsuits against play plus and its affiliations with hard rock online, golden nuggett online borgata online and the atlantic city hotels and gaming authorities for their involvement

Absolutely disappointing, Pathetic, Shambolic, Stressful Experience !!

Absolutely disappointing experience. Front office staff did not know what they were doing. Had to wait one hour for the panicky front office staff to find my booking when they were not even busy and I had given them the confirmation voucher. Staff was avoiding to call the Manager as they kept saying no manager is available. However, when insisted that I wanted to make a complaint to the Manager I was introduced to a lady duty manager who was extremely arrogant and rude. Instead of apologising she said that we did not get your booking information from our head office so you had to wait. I was given a paper to jot a complaint when I asked to see a Senior Manager. I was told the Senior Manager will definitely speak to me today 29-08-21about my written complaint but it is midnight no one has bothered.

There is no personal touch in this hotel, staff are just working for the sake of it, non customer centric attitude. No welcome, no smiles just working like robots, duty manager was worse and had a do not care attitude.

Don't waste your money on this hotel if you are looking for a high level of personalised service expected from a 5 star hotel !!

I am still in hotel, have names of everyone I dealt with if needed but I am certain management of this hotel does not give a toss about it.

Good and bad.

I shall level the reviews' score a bit, so let's do this. Look guys, I get it, the hardrock online shop is terrible service. Seems like they're doing everything from one place, which is poorly managed, they've got sh¡ttons of orders and are just slow and disorganised. I was already about to request a refund from PayPal after I told them that after two weeks of nothing happening with my order, I'm giving them last 24hours.But I doubt they read the email and responded by shipping it the next day, as that happened. I was just very lucky. Actually one extra week later they've reached me that my order had been shipped already on 6th August, pretty useless and offtopic for the moment given but yeah, nice effort. After a month, the order came, on the customs sheet they stated things like baby doll and plate, however I only ordered clothes, so they're probably trying to cheat the customs too... But I guess after all, people writing bad reviews in here are just impatient and they withdraw too soon from the process, they're very slow and poor in shipping the things, so if you're not patient and you gotta have your order shipped in 10 hours, this shop is not for you. However if you pay through PayPal, you can open a disputed within 180 days, so even letting them one or two months for your order to arrive, you're safe. If you really wanna get your order, you really need to be patient. Kudos for them managing to get it shipped to the central Europe all the way from US but that's it really... they've got very huge space for improvements. Cannot give you 5 stars tho, sorry.

Disappointed

Hey guys,
I'm very disappointed with you.
Last July 17th was my birthday and Hard Rock Café sent me as a gift, "Buy one Entreé, Get One Free".
As we are crossing a pandemic season, I called Hard Rock Café Lisbon and ask if it was possible to enjoy the birthday present, through takeaway.
The first man I talked to told me that it was possible.
When I got to the restaurant, I called the restaurant again to know the menu, when the other man told me: "No, it's not possible to enjoy the present card through takeaway".
I felt really sad about this. I was on my way to the restaurant when the second man told me that it was not possible.
At this moment I feel disappointed with your service. You are not coherent in your word

De service in Antwerpen laat te wensen over. Er loopt veel personeel rond maar zonder aandacht voor de klant.
Een bestelling moet regelmatig herhaald worden alvorens die gebracht wordt.
Een koffie wordt dan gebracht met een lepeltje maar geen suiker - geen melk en geen snoepje
En als de prijs nog zou meevallen. Nee

READ THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE

Be aware of their return policy if ordering clothing through their online site. I ordered two shirts both in a size large. I must have 30 shirts that I have purchased at various stores across the country and I always wear a size Large when buying any shirts in their stores. I assumed their online site would be similar sizing. Received both; one shirt fit perfectly and the other shirt was way too small. Their return policy states to contact Customer Care for return packing slip. So I emailed them three times with no response. I then called and they provided the packing slip and instructions for the return of the one shirt. I was responsible for the shipping costs to return. You only have 30 days to return so to ensure I had a tracking number and guarantee it would arrive in time, I shipped through UPS which cost me $12. It doesn't seem like I should have to pay for the return shipping when the problem is their product sizing is not consistent on clothing purchased online.

Shopped online...got 1 item and it arrived broken. Been trying for a week to get their sorry Customer Care to reply to my repeated emails. Finally, I had to go to PayPal for a refund. So sad that this once great company is managed so poorly.

We got a room today 2/29 the room is awesome.. but we called 3 times for a 12 pm check out as opposed to a 11am .. we got 3 different answers! One said $75 fee ! For an hour!
The second said no , the third said they will call us back .. never did for an hour later checkout!!!!

Read the reviews before buying anything from them...

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered 5 Christmas ornaments from them. I paid through pay pal. Never got a confirmation from them however they did get the money. After 4 days of not receiving a confirmation I called. The girl told me she would send me out an email right away with a tracking number. Never got it. Called back after a half hour and was put on hold for 20 minutes while they looked up my order, I finally hung up. Filed a complaint with Pay Pal and also put a stop payment on my credit card. It’s all a sham. Very poor customer service. I think they are taught to lie to satisfy the customer. Next complaint goes to the BBB. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Buyer beware 😡

Terrible customer service

I placed an order on 11-30-2020. Today is 12-16-20, it still has not moved in shipment. The "customer service" employees that answer the phone are absolutely no help. I have repeatedly tried to speak to someone in management. No luck. This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had online. I used to be a huge Hard Rock fan. I will never order anything from them again..
