Hardware Online Store Avis 

I purchased something from their website, they instantly took my money, no reciept, no answer to my emails or phone calls, it has been MONTHS since I placed my order and never received it.

I ordered an 18 pack of kiddie pools on 3 Jan and never received the order. Card was charged on 6 Jan. Tried to call, their phone is disconnected. Total scam.

Bought some Havahart mouse traps from this store on 4 Jan 2020, at least I thought I did. As soon as I placed my order they took my money. Site said allow 5-9 business days for delivery. After about 7 business days I tried emailing their support team and heard nothing. I tried calling them that day too and their phone would just ring. After a few more call attempts finally on 15 Jan 2020 a lady answered the phone and told me that my order had been delayed because they had new people employees in their warehouse and that I should call back in a week to check-on the status of my order. She apologized for the inconvience and offered to give me a refund. Having faithat the time that they would come through on the order I told her I would call back in a week to get the status of my order. On 24 Jan 2020, I tried calling as the lady told me and kept getting a "call failed" (like the phone was disconnected?). I tried using a different phone as I thought maybe it was just my phone but that call also failed. Starting to feel hopeless about the situation and may be I had been scammed I decided to check their ratings (which I should have done in the first place). Reading the reviews I realized that this company may be a fraud/scam or just really bad (!!!!) and decided the best thing to do was call my credit card company and notify them of potential "scam/fraud" by this vendor. My credit card company was amazing and refunded my money. My recommendation is don't do buisness with this company unless you want a headache (are they real??). Even if the prices appear cheap you may end up paying more/wasting time in the long run. I will purchase from amazon as I know if I have trouble from a vendor they will step in and make things right, which they have done in the past for me.

Ordered Muck Boots at end of Dec. Didn't receive order email so when got online, saw all the negative reviews. Saw one that said if need to get in touch to call at 9:00 a.m, which I did and got in touch with them. I gave them the order number and she pulled me right up in the computer... let me know they shipped out the day before. She resent the order email. I didn't receive it either, so I checked my spam and there it was, along with the original one from the order day. Received my boots exactly when they said. So check your spam and if need to get in touch with them, call at 9:00 in the morning.

I placed an order with them on November 13th. They took my money but that is the last I heard from them.
I called and no one answered. Send many emails and no answer.
If I ever make a trip to Ft. Lauderdale, it won't be pretty when I walk into their store. I'm like an elephant; I never forget.
Avoid these people and their store at all costs.

Terrible service. Didn't have merchandise but didn't notify me or send credit. They reordered on my behalf and charged me the second itme but after emailing me a credit didn't process it. finally had to file a dispute with the CC. Spent a half day on the phone and still have not received a credit.

Do not do business. They charge your card immediately. They do not respond to emails. They may ship things if you call them. They sent me an incomplete order 1st go around, a month later I called them again and they sent 3 items they owed me but got a box of screws instead of a scraper set I ordered. They say they are too busy. Not to take your money though...

Do not buy from this online store! The took my order and after a month I call to check on the status and they told me they no longer stock this part and if I want my money back I had the dispute it with my credit card company.

Absolute scam. They are taking advantage of the elderly. What a shame they can’t run a trustworthy operation and need to steal to make a living. We still haven’t received our order or a refund. Somebody shut these jerks down

Terrible, terrible company. Ordered 50 jack knives as Christmas gifts on November 1st and after many phone calls and email finally recived 35 of them December 1. Four more emails and 3 phone calls and today I was promised that the remaining 15 piece would be shipped.

This is a fake company, check the about page and see the images they used are from legitimate businesses and articles written about them.

Ordered 3 Christmas timers November 18th, it's now December 14th and no sign of them. Two emails have been ignored. DON"T use this company. They were quick to take the money, and their customer support is apparently non-existent!

Very Bad service. This company is totally incompetent. Ordered 6 coal buckets for 108.23 and 2 months later still have not come. Talked to their service rep at the 4 weeks late point who said they would send them that week. I still have no buckets. Finally reached a sales rep after multiple calls and emailing them. They promptly issued a refund but what a lot of trouble and stress. If you want to talk to these people call early as soon after 9:00 as possible. No emails were answered. Go to Acehardware.com they have what you need and get it to you or a local store without any hassles.

Please save your time and money. This site should be reported to the B.B.B. They like to pick up the phone and hang up on people. What comes around goes around. My family has been in customer services since 1950. We know that if 1 person gets upset, it will cause more people to get the bad vibe.Simply because bad news travels fast as light. If the company was a straight shooter, The circumstances would be rectified.

Three weeks order never showed up. After two days of trying to get a response finally the third day I was told the store credit card processing was broken. But still yet they charged my card on the day I ordered the merchandise. Said they would refund me my money. Very disappointed in their operation I placed the order because I needed it. Three weeks down the drain I have to finish nd a different vendor.

Do NOT order from this site! They charge account immediately but don't ship. When you call, they say order wasn't processed due to computer issues. They send an email singing they issued a refund but it is never processed. Ended up having to contact credit card company to dispute charge. What a scam!!!

This website is a scam. Spent $30 and never got item. Called and was told they would refund me. Never got my money and no response to emails and now phone number is busy all the time

Sale prices to good to be true.They are always out of stock but never notify you as such. They take your money and contacting customer service is fruitless as no one ever answers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ONLINE COMPANY

A VERY DISHONEST WEBSITE!!!!!!!! I ordered $31.09 Pipe Clamps on Nov 12 and never received them. No response to my emails as well.
