They should check with the USPO for their Priority Mail's shipping boxes. This could save their customers some money and therefore make a product bought in volume less expensive to the buyer.

Basically ok.
Was looking for a certain item in ny. Only available in miami. The craftsmanship was not wonderful. I needed to glue together. Rather pay few dollars more get better quality like in Miami

Awful customer service
This company literally has no customer service with very poor to no communication. They don't answer the phone. They give absolutely no infirmation on shippment of items. Never doing business with them again. I'm not confident enough they will follow through on any problem resolution. And if they did they wouldn't let you know what they're doing. They don't seem to care enough to give information unless asked through email and told about failure to respond to phone and previous emailsand finally a threat to call the BBB, then it's flimsy excuses but no real info.

Do not do business with this company!!!
Ordered 10 hose bib locks - while trying to print a copy of the invoice, got disconnected from the web - never received an email confirmation!
I then determined that we needed 20 locks not 10, so accessed the website again and ordered the additional 10. Again, did not receive a confirmation email confirmation.
Checked my credit card, they posted both of the transactions. Tried calling the phone number [(949 565-5678] and was informed that the cellular customer was not accepting calls!

Worst customer service...
I live 3 hours from this business. Today is the 9th day of waiting for "UPS" delivery. They finally sent me a tracking number but it was delivered to another zip code. Tried to call, they said were busy and put me on eternal hold. Next step is to dispute on my credit card. Buyer beware...

Worst Service Ever
It says that it would ship in 3 to 9 days. I paid $14 for shipping and it was not even shipped out in 9 days.
Never buying from this place again.
On top of it I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes just to talk to a lady who refused to help me.

What a joke
Ordered $150 worth of garden stuff. Said would be delivered in 3-9 days. Called day 9 nad was told in would ship out in another five days. A total of three weeks???? What a joke, use AMAZON...
