All round excellence!
Web page was easy to use. Then double checked by me by sending a message to confirm. A quick reply from this company, confirming the model number of item I needed. Ultra rapid posting, and the item was well packaged (environmentally friendly as well - brown paper instead of plastic internal packing). A very helpful and they know their stuff!

Order and delivery all great, but can't comment on the goods!
The experience I'm reviewing is the ordering and delivery of my UPS batteries, which was flawless. I'm not reviewing the batteries themselves, however, because my order was due to a misunderstanding and I didn't actually need them just yet, so they remain under my desk in their box for now!

We needed some Stairlift batteries in a hurry for my in laws. Hardware express fulfilled the order in a couple of days which minimised the impact of the stairlift breakdown.

The battery was good; delivery was appalling.
The battery was perfect and was delivered promptly but just not to my home where I asked it to be left. I waited all afternoon with a neighbour who was going to fit it for me, but it was really a quarter of a mile away. That's a long way to carry a heavy battery for an OAP.
