Matters that require solicitors are very rarely cheap and if they are they’re cheap they’re rarely good. A cheap solicitor can be a false economy however these guy do a great job for a good rate

Nikki was the solicitor for our recent purchase of our first house. As first-time buyers we had a lot of questions throughout the purchase, as we were unsure of how many of the processes worked. Nikki was able to answer everything over email and was also readily available by phone whenever we called. She was patient and great at walking us through things, was very professional, and pushed the process ahead for us through to completion in a relatively short amount of time. We first used Harvey Roberts for a relatively trivial legal issue and were really impressed by the efficient and helpful approach despite the low fee charged. We have subsequently used them for a house sale which was complicated by a boundary dispute. Nikki and Josh dealt with it really professionally, pushing on our behalf where appropriate and bringing it to a successful conclusion within a really competitive fixed fee. They didn’t act for us on the boundary issue but we wish they had - they were on a different level to our other legal advisers! We are currently moving back into the area and they are now acting for us in our house purchase. Harvey Roberts will certainly be our “go to” company for any future legal needs.
