As per your previous review, this is not true or accurate. We charge £35 for a light clean and polish or £95 for a full service.
We regularly assess our prices and those of our competitors, and for a central London retail jewellery workshop believe we are amongst the best value there is.
As you can see from the 99% of our customers who have left us 4* or 5* feedback, the vast majority of our customers are happy with the service we provide.
Should you not be happy with our prices may I suggest you find an alternative workshop to have your ring polished, rather than continue to leave us negative reviews.

Wonderful experience
We had 4 rings and a bracelet that required varying degrees of repair. Some quite technical. These guys are so professional. It was the most pleasurable experience….the office is in the workshop so you see them all doing their thing. So so pleased. Can’t recommend them enough. Very sensible prices.

Poor service
I came here believing it would be a place of professionalism, however, this was not the case.
I came looking to have an engagement ring altered and valued. After waiting a little over three weeks, I came to collect the ring and discovered that some of the smaller decorative diamonds we're missing. Whilst no compensation was offered, the ring was repaired after another week of waiting.
A jewellery specialist such as this company should not have presented a ring to me with missing diamonds! Makes me question the valuation they provided.
Would not recommend using them.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear of the issue you experienced with the stones being lost from your band. I was surprised to find out that the stones had come out of the band as from our records we hadn’t worked on the shoulders, only the centre stone; but was pleased we were able to replace them and resolve this for you.
Having spoken to my colleague you saw when you brought the ring back in to us with the stones missing, she wasn’t aware of the upset this caused you as she felt you were appreciative of the offer to replace the stones for you. Had you made clear to her at this stage, or after receiving our follow up email to check that you were 100% satisfied with the work carried out, we would have gladly refunded you for the work carried out on the ring.

Resized ring dealt with perfectly!
Needed a ring resized urgently before popping the question. It fitted perfectly and the team at Hatton Garden Workshop made what could have been a stressful 24 hours into a very calm situation with lots of communication and excellent service.

Replica engagement ring made
Took my engagement ring in as I had lost the stone. I was given all alternatives and decided to have a replica ring made. Very happy with the ring and the service was exceptional, advice on choosing a stone etc.

A great experience from start to…
A great experience from start to finish.
I had a 22ct wedding band resized for my upcoming wedding. Each person I interacted with in the team, were very patient and calm in spite of my indecisiveness.
I had to have the resized ring resized once more due to arthritic swelling in the warm weather. The young man who helped me allowed me to try on different size rings to help me make up my mind about the best fit for me. The second resize was complementary and on collection I was very pleased with the result. The ring looks brand new, I left the shop with a huge smile on my face and I cannot wait to wear it.
I was given a beautiful box which we will be using during the exchange of rings.
Thank you to the lovely team at Hatton Garden Workshop for making me even more excited about things going well on my wedding day - I'm certain my other half will get the ring on!

Best company ever
Best company ever. Resized my late grandmother’s wedding ring down 7 sizes for my upcoming wedding. It was no trouble - they did it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I was also super impressed with their communication. Hannah who served me initially was great, as were the guy I collected the ring from and the guy who called me with a communication update on the method the jeweller was using. Would recommend to everyone!

Highly professional work and service
I needed some specialised engraving carried out on an important piece of jewellery which held great sentimental value. On each occasion that I dealt with Hatton Garden Workshop, I was treated courteously and with a high degree of professionalism. Answers to any enquiries were responded to in a timely and clear manner.
I have now received my jewellery back and cannot praise their work highly enough. Every intricate detail of the engraving pattern has been captured meticulously and I could not be more satisfied. If anyone were to use their services, I am confident that they will be equally as delighted. Excellent work by and excellent company well deserving of 5 stars!

Over Rated Company With Over rate company with extortion price
My experience with Sophie.
The business was in better hands with either Scot or the delightful lady who is on maternity leave. They understood customers service far better than the money-hungry lady currently in the office. This lady who sits in the office is solely focused on making money. I have decided to never use this company again for anything. The price they quoted for a small ring is outrageous compared to what I paid for the same ring on the same day previously. It feels like they are operating as skilled thieves. She lacks any kind of skills.

Having listened to your call this morning, Hannah, who you spoke to, (not Sophie, as per your review) was courteous and helpful throughout and repeatedly tried to assist you.
I have now located your order details on our system, albeit under a different name to that you provided. Had you given Hannah the correct name or the reference number associated to your order, she could have explained to you that your request today was for a different service than you previously had, and would have happily matched the price that you previously received last year.
