Never had any issues. I ordered from them when they were only shipping from the US and it was fine. I ordered again when they had a UK warehouse and everything was immaculate. Packaging and hijabs.

The owner, god help! So arrogant and rude! She constantly lies about the fabrics - poor quality and manipulating that chiffon is breathable and light but it is polyester. She has no shame to lie! The range of products is so poor, no restocks, just more and more polyester

I have been ordering these hijabs for quite some time now and I find that they are excellent. The fact that I only wear square hijabs makes it difficult for me to find some good ones. I Usually order chiffon hijabs which have been perfect. They are different shades and Are very breathable. The reason I’m writing this review is that I just bought a couple of hijabs when they were offering the 25% off. After I had bought, I realized that i did not put the code for the 25% off. I immediately emailed them and they refunded the 25% money off the next day. I was pleasantly surprised and so that prompted me to write this review.

Avoid like the plague. The Jersey Hijabs are cheap fabric after a few washes will go bobbly and very ruff that looks worn out. Are Over very priced for rubbish quality.
The agent blamed the washing machine. Go primark instead the quality is better and for £4 you cant go wrong.

The customer service is absolutely arrogant! And the owner... God help. If you only point out that she lies about the fabric (ye, she still lies that POLYESTERIC hijabs are airly, light and BREATHABLE 🤦🏻‍♀️) and how TOXIC POLYESTER is, she blockes you 🤷🏻‍♀️😅 the brand is UNTRUSTWORTHY! They sell toxic polyester knew its danger for skin!

I never got my order i want my money back this is absurd

The best quality hijabs I have ever purchased! Masha’Allah I have been buying exclusively from HH for the last 5 years. I always get my stuff within a weeks time if not sooner and have only had a quality issue once to which they addressed and fixed this issue immediately. I like to purchase mostly the printed chiffon, my daughters both get the jersey scarfs and my mom the woven ones. We have even gotten the satin ones for weddings. They’re hijabs can be pricey by I think the quality makes up for it Alhamdulillah.

Excitement turned to despair when I never received my 100 points after winning an Instagram competition to name a new hijab print. Despite reaching out to the organizers on social media, my messages are left ignored and unanswered even 2 months later. That's really disappointing to me, since as Muslims we are supposed to honor our word. Disappointing. 👎

Hijabs are beautiful but arrived with a strange smell, which was unfortunate (especially given the cost of items). Washed as usual and it was fine. Items also arrived a few days late so could not be worn for an occasion despite next day delivery.

The cotton is good quality but the colours are way off. Navy turned out mid blue and the sand is a granified beige. Disappointing!

Very poor customer service.
I ordered a scarf on November 22 to give sufficient time to get before I leave on December 22 and also paid for expedited shipping. 6 weeks later and I still the scarf hasn’t arrived.
I contacted them a few times times to get a refund and they tell me “it’s out of their hands” and nothing they can do for me.
I have been buying a lot of scarves from them. This is for sure my last purchase!
Do not recommend!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My order is still missing, I ordered more than a month and a half ago, contacting them does NOTHING, you get this generic reply with the useless tracking number that shows only that my item is still in America. I escalated my case with PayPal, but HH are in no hurry to resolve this issue and refund me, I think they're just waiting till their courtesy time is over before giving me my money back...or not at all. Who knows.
My order was over $150, not cheap.
I will never order again, and word of mouth in Hijab circles travels fast.. you can bet I'll be spreading the word about this thieving company.

I have been looking for good quality jersey Hijabs but I couldn't find any where I live. I accidentally came across Haute Hijab website and I admired the headscarves shown in pictures. The products look exactly like the ones in pictures and the quality is excellent. Order was well received and securely packaged. The scarves come inside recycled plastic bags.
I will ordering my headscarves and hijab accessories exclusively from Haute Hijab. Thank you for making my hijab experience elegant and colourful.

My first time order was delivered promptly and the website experience was seamless. I was shocked by the quality of the three scarves I ordered; I have never had fabric scarves of this splendid quality in my life. The colors were true to the images, the packaging was professional, and the plastic packet the scarves came in are even biodegradable. The hijab magnets are very strong and so pretty. I highly recommend this company to any one looking for scarves, for their head or just for fashion. Truly a great company.

There isnt anything wrong with the company, in fact they ship really fast and seems like no hassle. My issue is with the products that I poured all my money into being below my expectations and hype I've heard.

I purchased a couple classic undercaps, and honestly- its a 3/10 for me but let me explain why. The quality and feel for it is AMAZING, they've really done well on that (pat on the back :) ) but the issue is with the rest of the design and the end result/ function its supposed to perform. This undercap may feel heavenly to wear but it will slip- like crazy and end up exposing your hair...which is the opposite of what it should do :( Its a hassle to have know my hair is peaking while in midst of work bc I cannot leave every five min to readjust it. The next issue is with the tassels used to tighten the cap- it does not even give you a secure feeling. The first time I put it on and tightened it, I heard the seam snap :/ a bit unfortunate, and I find I need to double knot it just to feel its secure. Last minor thing is that I find it doesn't cover the ears... I will wear this and 5min later I can feel my ears and baby hair pop out. Quite a pity tbh because I bought this to be able to cover my ears so I can try new hijab styles.

I really do hope they make like a 2.0 version of this, and make some minor adjustment to making sure you can tighten in and that it wont slip and slide because I feel it would be worth the hefty price tag to it. Don't get me wrong, I love the company and all it does and its blog posts etc- this is the only way I could find to leave a specific review on my experience with their popular underscarf

Also not sure but if anyone has suggestions about the underscarf I'd be happy to hear about it like if i did something wrong or etc.

This company has never failed me there hijabs under scarves hijab magnets are the best I have in my collection there quality is the best out there I buy in bulk because ordering from USA and customs were a lot they have opened In Uk which I’m happy w out and will be ordering excellent company very efficient and the best out there well done haute hijab absolutely love

I ordered the sport hijab to uae and after I received it I was shocked with the material and the fit it was not nice at all and transparent so when I tried to return it they said I should return in cost which will cost the same as hijab ,not recommend at all don’t even try!

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience with Haute Hijab! I’ve ordered from them many times (I think 10 or so by now), and their products are consistently top quality. About a year ago, a couple packages were lost in the mail due to COVID, and their customer service was FANTASTIC! They’ve since changed companies for handling their shipments to Canada and it’s ridiculously fast and reliable (on top of free over $70). I’ve been getting my orders from them faster than orders from Canadian companies, which is pretty awesome! I’d especially recommend their underscarves and jersey hijabs.

As a veiled pagan, I have been trying to find light but full coverage scarves. I love love love the Jersey hijabs and will be buying more colours.

I recently made a purchase from Haute Hijab. It was my first time buying Hijabs and choosing to start wearing them. Shipping was super quick and the packaging was lovely.

As someone who is Christian, I did a lot of research before choosing to wear a hijab. I’ve always found them very lovely, and the women who wear them to be strong and beautiful.

I definitely recommend Haute Hijab and will buy from them in the future. It has truly given me the confidence and power to dress how I wish, and have a stronger faith, as well as making me feel protected.
