From start to finish the experience was excellent with Hawes & Co we had a few hiccups during the process which happens with most sale but Mahul & John were on top of things and were always attentive and supportive to get the process moving. We viewed a property to rent with Hawes & Co and put in an offer to rent, which got accepted. The process was straightforward and quick. The thing I appreciated the most was the transparency during the offer process. We were informed when the offers were going to be presented to the landlord and when a decision was going to be made, so we knew what to expect. Apart from that, most of the communication was friendly and efficient.
