Good sales person give us great picture. Then move to Case Manager who never answer us when we need. End up to a consultant who looks like the only person does actual job.
Be careful: The sales person will tell you how good you are. You are the type of service provider that Aged Care wanted. Then they give you their policy and procedure and business plan etc. You have to fill up everything and they get paid for not really giving any advise.
So when your application is failed, HCPA just tell you that they have people get approved by the same template.
In conclusion, HCPA is not professional with their job. They get people in to the contract and then leave everything to "god".

My provider business is getting advise since the beginig of mybusiness. All the staff are dedicated. Their service is amazing before audit and after audit correction follow ups. I appreciate Mark especially.

I have the best experience with HCPA, they provided the service friendly, patiently and passionately. When I get in trouble with drafting the policies, they always stepped in and acted on my behalf and communicated effectively, until all documents meet government standards. The Health Care Providers Association has been a dependable source of support for our organisation. Their resources are well-prepared, informative, and easy to apply in real-world situations. Communication has always been smooth, and they take the time to explain things properly rather than rushing through responses. Overall, a very positive and professional experience.

I reached out to this firm because they position themselves as business consultants. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The two consultants I spoke with struggled to answer straightforward questions about their own products, services, and business model. Communication was also an issue — after the initial conversations, I never heard back despite follow-ups. In the end, I decided not to move forward with an investment. For a company that offers business advice, I would have expected stronger product knowledge and more reliable follow-through

I do not recommend using HCPA's services. We had to deal with a month of communication issues and delays just to get access to the product we paid for. A very unnecessary waste of time and money when starting a business. Ridiculous too, because they only had to put my business name on a template and give me access to a portal. Their lack of communication with clients and between their own teams is evident and appalling. I
sought a refund (prior to receiving my access) which was declined.

I'll also note that they had ample time to act on my review, it was originally 3 stars.

Easy to get in, difficult to get out.

Edit: I'm now getting calls from other businesses pestering me with sales because HCPA referred me to them. That is salt in the wound my friends, you've earned the 1 star review.
