Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service, the only time you can get ahold of someone is when they want money. I really regret switching brokers. Absolutely no one there has an inkling of what's going on, I have never had more issues with my insurance, than once I switched to HDF.

poor experience
I have purchase an insurance for my company one of the truck been in an accident twice and in both cases we not at fault first case they did not fight for us even we have a full coverage and we have to hire our own lawyer the second case other party has no insurance so we have to pay 5000$ and all gst even wasn’t our fault .Basically there’s no deference between full coverage and oneway
