I was a customer for 7 plus years
I was a customer for 7 plus years, commercial and residential insurance. We made (one) personal claim for hail damage. HDF did NOTHING to help us with the dispute resolution with Intact. I found out after that HDF was being sold, I'm certain they didn't want to rock the boat with the insurance company prior to the sale. HDF failed to look after the best interest of the client, only looked after there pocket book. Total conflict of interest. no Integrity.

HDF - my Insurance partner
My recent experience with HDF made getting a renewed policy very easy. My representative provided updated rates with my current policy and compared them to alternative providers who were offering better coverage at a reduced rate. It was a no brainer...better coverage and reduced rates!
Also, HDF (Bonnie specifically) did everything remotely so I did not have to leave home. With COVID-19 affecting everyone, I was always in good hands.
