The Surveyor, Greg Scrimgeour, was very professional in his approach and helpful in clarifying a few points. The Admin staff were very efficient in providing the background support.

Home report was completed quickly and to a high standard. Office staff were very helpful in guiding me through the process & procedures.

Apparently company policy to mark electricity as category in the home report 3 when it's dated. It was category 2 when we purchased The flat 5 years ago and there has been no issued with electricity. Mind you it's another company who hadbdone the home report when we bought the flat.
A lot of catrgory 1 from the previous home report became 2 with no valid reasons.
Imo, there has to be standards accrross the industry and not individual company policies ranking things differently.
Very disappointed at the harshness of the home report I recieved.
