Great product! I am very impressed with the size, fit and quality. Customer service was quick and efficient.

I ordered from Canada and delivery was quite fast and the tracking interface provided up to date information. Your website was easy to navigate. The products were excellent quality.

Unfortunately the very high customs charge when the package was delivered was quite a surprise. I don’t recall being charged customs before. Nor did I read that there would be. Charge levied upon receipt. But I may have not noticed it on your website.

It was very easy to order and is the shape I want. However I thought I was ordering a more 'weighted' insert and this one is very light. It tends to sit higher in my pocketed bra than my natural breast so I do feel a little odd about that. Do you carry one similar to what I ordered but perhaps weighted on the bottom?

The only thing I would suggest is making the band beige instead of black or rather having options for band colors. The black shows through my mesh top baseball cap and it looks a little weird.

I'm sure your company is great. I just happen to chose the wrong style although I ordered more but I can't remember if the second order was from you or not but overall I love the head covers Gr

I purchased this head covering for a friend who is just beginning her breast cancer journey. She liked the style and stretchiness of the item.

It felt good to by from a woman owned company. I bought these for my step mom who recently shaved her head due to hair loss from cancer treatments. She says they are comfortable and loves the colors.

My one and only complaint is your return policy. if I returned and wanted a store Credit, that would be fine, but if I just want my money back, I have to pay to send it back to you which cost me over $10 and then you charge me a restocking fee on top of that. It is for that reason and that reason only, I would never purchase anything from you again.

I love headcovers hats. They are soft and tag-less. But they don't have the colors in size large like they used too.

I love, love, LOVe, LOVE Headcover scarves! They're the perfect size, quality, feel and style. Light enough so that I'm not sweating in them at night when I'm asleep. AND! They come with a matching scrunchie. If that was in the description I missed it, so it was a delightful bonus and surprise. I also love the scarf tying instructions they include. So great, so helpful.

I have shopped with Headcovers.com before and have been very satisfied. The variety of products is great. You can tell this is a family-owned business by the way products are prepared for shipping. The tissue paper wrapped with sweet stickers. The magnet with uplifting message. All this adds to customer appreciation. I will continue shopping with Headcovers.com.

Shipping took awhile but the result is well worth it. High quality nice looking fabric. Super soft and fits so well. I’m planning to buy a couple more colors.

I am offended by the email I received. I made an online purchased and called as soon as the company opened to change my method of payment from PayPal to a credit card. Even though this was only 2 hours after my purchase, I was told it may not be possible but the woman who took my call would check and get back to me. She never did. Instead I got an email that my order was canceled and that a “standard payment review” was not successful with a credit card and if I wanted to make a purchase it would have to be by bank wire transfer! First, they did not have a credit card number to charge since it wasn’t determined whether the order could be changed or canceled when I spoke to the agent. Second, who has ever paid with a wire bank transfer? Maybe in 1980? Insulting. I didn’t make this purchase without doing some legwork and this wasted my time. The only positive thing is that I found the same wig on NameBrandWigs.com on sale for $100 cheaper!

The sleep cap I ordered is comfortable and good quality, but unfairly priced in my opinion at over $20.

Including an inspirational magnet in the package was a nice gesture, but it had a bible verse on it which felt patronizing since I am not Christian.

Ordered 2 beanie hats for my husband, going through chemotherapy. wore one of them once, threads pulled out, the other hat has a loose thread on the seam. poor customer service, i was asked to send them back?
would not order from headcovers again.
