Easy to navigate and beautiful products

Beautiful hat! It was a Christmas gift for hubby. Unfortunately, the hat was larger than I expected and needed to choose a medium rather than large. Will be requesting a return for the smaller size. Lots of good feedback from the company. We will see how this return goes.

When I received my wig, the presentation of the box was amazing. The wig was wrapped in tissue paper with a (I think) seasonal sticker holding it together, it just felt so special opening it up. Kind of felt like Christmas! Unfortunately the wig didn’t work out and I had to return it for a refund but definitely an extra star for this company’s forethought into presentation.

I love the silk scarves at Headcovers - they are well made and so beautiful! They come in so many colors and patterns, it’s easy to find the “right scarf”. I have quite a collection!
I have been gifting them to my daughters for Christmas, and every year they look forward to the little thin rectangular package.

Ordering was easy. Price was right and received my order fast.

I ordered a wig, spoke with someone on the phone prior to the order. I read the return policy which says headcovers. BUT if you scroll all the way down, there are very specific instructions about wig returns. You pay your own return shipping, there are some wigs not eligible for return and you pay a 20PERCENT restock fee. I do not know why this was not explained on the phone and because this is so punitive, it should be at the HEAD of their return policy, not the very bottom. NOT HAPPY!!!!
