Headcovers Unlimited has very good quality merchandise and ships in a very timely matter. I purchased a set of turbans that were cheaper on Amazon, and the quality was nowhere near that of Headcovers Unlimited. Keep up the good work!

The silicone was detached from the Velcro. I should’ve returned the item but found it would be a hassle to get my $29.99 back. So, I want purchase in the future, very poorly constructed.
I’ve noticed trust pilot rated my review as 4.4 stars I would rate a low 3 stars.

Many options, different styles..products are somehow pricy .

Very quick delivery. Ordered 2 headpieces. One was just perfect and the other one didn’t look as good on me so I returned. Very easy to return and can’t beat the prices. Overall, very happy!!!

Hats were made in a quality material and careful craft. Like the organic cotton, which is soft and natural. The color is beautiful and the style is elegant. Thanks for making good hats.

The turban was correctly described on the website which gave me confidence to purchase it. My mom wanted one that "was exactly like the one she has". This was very important for her comfort. I was very grateful that it met her needs perfectly and I did not have to return it!

The wig that was ordered should have been petite. It was so big that it spun around my mom's head. They charged a 20% restocking fee for the return. I tried to explain that the manufacturer MUST have mismarked it because it was in no way petite. They told me to return it, and they would look at it and get back to me. They received the wig, but never reached out to us. They refunded her - minus the $45 restocking fee. She is an 82-year-old woman on a fixed income, and that was just wrong. I am sure they got all of their money back from the manufacturer.

This company takes forever in getting your order to you. When you return it within their guidelines they do not issue refunds or credits. I will not be doing business with this company again.
