8 Days to deliver a small package.
I ordered a small key fob for my dad's 93rd birthday. The package was shipped on 16th July and I paid £4.80 for shipping. The package arrived on 24 July.
I complained to the company and they blamed the Royal Mail. I do not believe for a second that the Royal Mail is to blame. Head & Tails sent me an email asking for a review and on the email it says, "Please don't give us a bad review because of postal delays". This would suggest that slow delivery is a regular occurrence so it is clearly a company issue and not a delivery service issue.

Beautiful hip flask for my nephews 21st birthday. Paid £15.99 for engraving only to receive laser etched, barely visible print on the flask. Did email the company & got a very quick response that was quite dismissive and did not address my complaint.
Would recommend getting hip flask engraved at a local jeweller - cheaper and better quality.

Absolutely stunning, hand crafted jewellery. Customer service is amazing,prompt and personal, whereby they actually contacted me to say they MIGHT not be able to provide the timescale I had asked for , so did I want to proceed? Having already purchased from them and had seen the quality I was more than happy to wait an extra day or two. They still managed to actually hit the deadline. I would highly recommend this company and it's stunning range.

I ordered what I thought was a silver necklace online. I never received confirmation of my order until it was to late and they had sent the necklace out, if i had received my order confirmationi would certainly have picked up on the wrong item ordered, Unfortunately it was gold plated. Which I definitely didn't want. Straight away I contacted the company, Unfortunately I had the necklace engraved and this forfeited my right for a refund or swap. If you are thinking of buying from this company please make sure you receive a confirmation of your order.

I'm just a everyday person I have no malace against this company.it was my mistake when ordering,but what I do despise is when I'm told that a copy of the ordered had been sent. I went through the whole of my emails including my spam folder. But nothing was sent until after the order was sent out. And that's certainly unfair. As I said please make sure when you order from this company you make sure you have a confirmation order.it really does make a difference.

Bought a pair of coin cufflinks for my dad, and they were perfect! The quality is fantastic, and the unique design makes them really special. The personalised engraving was beautifully done, adding a sentimental touch. They also came beautifully gift-wrapped, which made the whole experience even better. My husband bought me a coin necklace with a sixpence of my birth year for a Big Birthday. It is so lovely. The quality, the workmanship, and the presentation are all superior. Even the 24" chain is wonderful quality. It arrived in a very timely fashion.

Slight irritation that one click buying on my phone didn’t allow me to upgrade delivery which I had to email regarding and pay additional cost so it ended up being a longer convoluted process. However, customer service were super quick. Definitely recommend but don’t opt for one click buying if you want speedy postage.
