I wanted to give them 5 star but i could not becuz when i ordered first time with them i ordered a liquid vitamin d drops bottle and when i tried to order again there was no product like that on there web page i mean how it can be possible? Well there product was so good which helped me to lose weight as it was liquid vit d so i used to take it after workout post protein meal and for me it proved a miracle. They still send me there booklets which i think is no good and waste of paper becuz if someone dumping that paper its an unwanted waste which could be void by not promoting online rather old school way.

I was taken aback when I last made an order of over £100. On the monthly magazine it said a birthday offer of 30 per cent but I was told it did not apply to me as I was not making a standing order. It is off putting when you apply double standards.

Really disappointed with the customer care. I had an unwanted order due to a typo on my email address - totally my error. But after speaking to 2 different agents asking for my account to be closed, they are still sending unwanted post through to me. When I contacted them again, the agent wouldn't accept my version of events despite me explaining it - there was no apology and I was told it must be my error.
Mistakes happen, and that's fine, but just take accountability?!
