I recently bought 2 Ecolab revitalizing skin lotions from Healthy Kin. I love the lotion. Not greasy and feels so light on your skin. Although packed in a ziploc like bag when shipped, the lid had become loose on the lotion and the lotion was all over in the bag. I emailed Healthy Kin to make them aware so they could perhaps ship it differently. Very quickly I recieved a reply that they would reship 2 more bottles of lotion along with an apology. Wow! What great customer service!
