Limited communication for annual…
Limited communication for annual renewal. Couple of emails and renewed with same provider.
No personal touch or feeling that I was anything more than a name and email address. No idea if I got a good or the best deal.

Ahead of your renewal, we carried out a full market review and negotiated a reduction in your Vitality premium. We also confirmed that, for your current level of cover, the alternative providers we reviewed were more expensive and therefore recommended remaining with Vitality at the discounted premium.
We appreciate that this was handled by email rather than over the phone. While we're pleased you confirmed you were happy to proceed, we understand your comments about wanting a more personal discussion to better understand the work we'd carried out on your behalf and the options we had considered. That's valuable feedback, and we'll take it on board.
