Andrew and colleague arrived in allotted time given.

Carried out boiler service efficiently, professionally and respectful of my home, even checked my carbon monoxide monitor answered all my questions, in lay persons language.

I had called them after researching them on Trustpilot after original boiler company Ideal let me down very badly, cancelling appointment made in August for 29th October and offering next earliest in mid January 2026.

I will now use Heatico and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I called for a possible repair, person on the other side was very helpful indeed. Sent some pictures and he diagnosed the fault. Gave a quote but I decided to get the whole boiler replaced by another company, still Heatico was very helpful and would use them for other repairs if needed.

very rapid reply to quote request, very responsive to queries, best quote I got from 13 companies asked, boiler and radiator installed, system flushed, and everything is working fine.

We asked for quoting for a boiler swap.
We then received a £3'600 quote that includes plenty of useless services (pre cleaning, flushing while our system is recent,etc), without a break down of options.
We asked for removing some services and to detail parts from Labour. We never got a reply since.
That was a waste of our time.

Efficient, courteous service

The whole experience from start to finish was great. Andrew from sharing his arrival time and being on time to completing the job was 1st class. Even checking the rest of the home to ensure that everything was working well. The ladies behind the seen also made it clear from the onset what would happen so there are no nasty surprises. 100% recommend Heatico.

I can’t rate Heatico highly enough. It took 6 days from identifying we needed a new boiler to completion and that included a Bank Holiday weekend! Andrew and Elvis (no, not that one!) arrived when they said they would and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic job on replacing our water heater that was in a really tight atricky space. Andrew is on time, friendly, informative and highly efficient.
