Product delivered on time and well…
Product delivered on time and well packaged. The battery supplied was faulty with the device, which is not critical to operation. The support offered was direct to manufacturer and response was lacking to say the least. Will contact heating2go as per their request.

I ordered something on line on the Friday night and then to my surprise I received a free one the next day. I rang heating2go on the Monday morning to cancel the order and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. The refund was in my bank account a few days later.

ordered rad 2-3 days delivery 4 days…
ordered rad 2-3 days delivery 4 days later no correspondence so phoned them on monday apologetic said we would recieve rad 100% by Friday then messaged by courier on friday saying they could not deliver till monday. So had to phone again and they managed to get delivery on the saturday.You should not have to be on a companies case to recieve a simple 1 item order

Under normal circumstances, we would expect it to arrive and be dispatched within the given timeframe. Unfortunately, on this occasion, there was a delay on the suppliers end, which regrettably impacted your delivery.
Additionally, while we always strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, once the order is with the courier, any delays are unfortunately beyond our control. However, we can see that our customer service team were able to arrange a Saturday delivery for you once they were made aware of the issue. We completely understand your frustration, and we will also be feeding this back to our supplier to help prevent similar issues in the future.
