Heat are fantastic. I used to use British Gas which cost a fortune. I then moved to a local independant but found him not great either and thankfully, I then found Heat. They've installed my new boiler, and I get it serviced each year from them. Always on time for jobs and very honest workmanship!

Absolutely incredible service from first to last. Properly diagnosed a longstanding problem that had defeated others. Repaired it effectively. Installed Hive control and rewired as necessary. Would recommend without hesitation and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.

I used heat to install a new boiler as my old boiler was on it's last legs.
The install was done on the agreed date and my old boiler removed and new one installed in one day and everywhere was left clean and tidy.
I have used Heat every year since to service my gas appliances every year since and all very efficient and worked faultlessly since. I can't recommend them highly enough

This is the first time I've been able to book a boiler service and not encountered any issues! Website simple to navigate and use, booked the service quickly and easily using the online booking function. Paid online which was, again, a simple process. The engineer arrived on time and was very polite, friendly and helpful. I don't know why other companies seem to make it so difficult but my experience with Heat has been faultless. I'll be back next year for another annual service!

I have had excellent service from Heat ever since they fitted my boiler some years ago. Zack who has been to my home many times is very professional, always punctual and very polite.

Service was punctual and tidy. I have used heat a few times and they are always professional. Ben did a great job replacing faulty pump and sorted out another issue with the blending valve whilst he was there.

Excellent service as always. Ian was fantastic as usual. Communication was great, work was done professionally and everything was left nice and clean afterwards.
