Count yer fingers after Shaking with Tony Giles
I sent a consignment back to Tony Giles for a pre-arranged Swap-Out – some 4 weeks ++ went by and my replacement consignment arrived. Thought ‘Great’, and got on with the Work.
Some weeks later, my Bank Statement arrives with a Debit of £51.60 to Heavy Duty Parts, so I emailed Tony Giles to say Postage was a bit high for a less than 1 Kilo weight on this Swap-Out and he said that the consignment never arrived as arranged, so with my Credit Card ‘ON-FILE’, he raised a ‘Brand-New’ Way Bill without my consent and without flicking me an email to question the whereabouts of what I had returned. He asked me for Tracking information and I said that I had Landfilled it. Cut-Short; this is a copy of his email to me:

Mark, we aren’t in the business of taking peoples money and take offence to those comments. We haven’t been successfully in business just short of 30 years by carrying out such under handed procedures as you are implying.
If the nuts had been received back, we would issue a credit no questions. We cannot refund something we haven’t received back.
This will be our last words on the matter and wish you all the best for the future.

I thought, what a Scamster and had to Own this loss for having no Tracking.
WHAAAAAY, I found the Tracking in my History as I had emailed it to him the very day I sent the Parts back with a copy of the Post-Office Ticket, so looked on R.M Web Tracking and sure enough it was delivered. I presented the Tracking to Tony Giles whom couldn’t start the “I take Offence” stance of 30 years in business. Nevertheless, he then went on to say, yeah but no but the consignment never actually landed in ‘My Hand’, and on that basis, don’t speak any further!
I told Giles that I will very much be demanding a Section 75 from Mastercard and he wished me Good-Luck on that. Scam Merchant Giles couldn’t do the ‘Decent Thing’ totally Miffed that I found that ‘Tracking’ didn’t converse any further. He did say that he would Challenge the £51.60 Chargeback. It was 'DELIVERED'. - Card Services will see through you Tony Giles.
I did send my return consignment addressed: Tony Giles, Royal Mail Tracking 0215974602EDC413
Royal Mail Retford District Office delivered this consignment 1st Class the very next day at 09:40hrs complete with a ‘Google Balloon’ on a Map showing [DELIVERED] and that was more than enough for Card Services to fully Refund my money from Heavy Duty Parts. I wouldn’t have it said about me!
