The service generally works well. What needs improving/refining is the summary tool that takes down the key points from the session. It takes too long to upload and the uploads are often too concise. Many AI transcribing services exist that this could be based on. A bit more detail to enable the user to properly reflect on what was said later - and faster - would be helpful. Otherwise this is a useful service.

I'm probably half way through my therapy and I've been fortunate to have help from a talented and empathetic therapist.

Some people have complained about the platform, it has worked fine for me and I think the transcription and summarisation are a game changer. The combination of messaging features and summarisation gives you more confidence in the care because things are followed up and the therapy becomes more actionable.
