Reserved Vehicle Not Available?
The car I reserved (Camry Hybrid) was not available, The agent then assigned me a car that was VERY VERY dirty inside and out. It also had minimal gas and had ZERO wiper fluid. In addition, I took that replacement to the Ventura, CA location and they didn't have anything available except a Ford Bronco which is not the kind of vehicle fuel economy I needed for my drive to San Jose, CA. The agent in Ventura was very helpful but the agent in Camarillo was less than helpful.

One of the best Hertz locations!
This location is one of the best Hertz locations I have been to, the staff Joey and Dominic are incredible. They are quick, knowledgeable, and provide just an outstanding service making your Hertz rental seamless and easy. Absolutely will continue renting here and trust them with my business! I have been with Hertz for about 5 years and they'll never let you down here. One of my favorite things is their phone management - elsewhere you might get a wait, but they solve everything you need right away. 5 stars.
